I am getting harassed by them not stop by phone calls, emails, and letters after I cancelled my policy with them. They need not honor their extended warranty when I needed my vehicle repaired. It took them over a week of my vehicle being in the shop and having to pay for a rental car for them to deny coverage that should have been covered. Not only did I have to call almost everyday but the repair shop had to call to get any update. It took too long to take care of my problem. I spoke with 4 different people and over 1hr & 30 mins either on hold or with different staff. Not happy!

I was horribly mislead on what would be covered under my warranty plan. The salesperson I spoke with made it sound like a vast list of items would be covered, and she quoted a decent price (not great). I gave it a shot. Had the policy for 7-8 months, then needed to have my AC addressed as it quit working. The compressor failed and they refused to cover it because they said it was a seal problem and they don't cover seals. A whole long list of other items were found at the delaer I went to. 100% a waste of money. Do not trust this company or its employees. When I called about the warranty, ******** assured me it was bumper-to-bumper coverage after a 30-day, 1,000-mile waiting period. I asked about specific scenarios, and he repeatedly said, Youll be covered. Fast forward 2.5 years, and my first repair claim was completely denied. I have had my policy with Endurance since 2022, never missed a payment and never had to use them until now. I was not and am not pleased with the service I have received. On 11/25 (a monday) I called to add my daughter to my policy. I was told by the 1st to email her a letter with my request. I specifically asked how long it will take to have her added and she told me it would be automatic once the letter is received. We received a letter from Endurance, making it sound like our existing warranty insurance was going up in price. We were very upset. Fortunately, we called our dealer before we called Endurance, and were assured this company is not our provider. Apparently, we are not the only ones confused by this letter, as the receptionist even knew about the scam.Shame on you, Endurance! Since I can't rate zero stars one will have to do.

I wanted to purchase an extended warranty because my car other warranty was expiring. Well to my surprise endurance sent me a letter .. I brought the $140 supreme package oct 19 , unfortunately my air starting to run hot November 26. I drop my car off and to my surprise they told my dealership they was not covering it because of pre existing issues . Endurance is a scam. They said they cover my truck and when I took to the dealership to get fixed. The dealership said I need a new motor now endurance is claiming my tires are to big. And wont pay for it. I have been scammed by them and it isnt ok. Now Im looking at ***** dollars to get my truck motor installed.

A few months ago I purchased an extended warranty from a different company. Today I received a letter from Endurance informing me that there's a price increase to my coverage, a new monthly amount. I called, and they would not confirm they even knew how many miles my car had or what the make was. The guy worked from a script and never wavered in trying to get me to reveal the car info. I informed him that I never bought their product so I knew it was a scam. He continued on his script about needing make/model/year of my car.... read more
