I purchased this Warranty a year ago. I just had an issue with my fuel pump and was told they only cover a mechanical fuel pump which haven't been installed in vehicles for 50 years. So I had to pay out of pocket. I feel that they were misleading and untrustworthy.

Recent terrible claims experience. Difficult claims process. Two whole weeks. No urgency to get my claim processed. Vehicle being held at repair shop until claim is paid by the *********** for Endurance. I am very disappointed. No follow up when I called or emailed them. They claimed they are short staffed and have lots of claims. They should hire more staff as well. ********

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my claim and the subsequent denial of coverage under my policy purchased on July 10, 2024.On October 17, 2024, I submitted a claim for repairs covered under my warranty. To my dismay, the claim was denied, citing a service conducted on October 8, 2023, as the reason. Endurance is now denying existing customers with pickup trucks in states that require commercial plates WITHOUT commercial use. I have had a policy for over 7 years and had previous claims paid as recently as April 2024. My truck registration in *** based on unladen weight has always had commercial plates. A recent claim under the existing contract has been denied - per the account manager, " laws have changed requiring a commercial surcharge to be applied". My claims are denied. I purchased a $3900.00 plan, full coverage and I was told I could cancel at any time AND if I hadnt filed a claim I would get a FULL REFUND! I filed a claim for my 2020 Expedition transmission. I had a tune up, a vehicle inspection and a leak on my AC one year prior. These jerks came back and said they needed the original invoices. I submitted the paid invoices copies and waited two freaking weeks for them to come back saying the documents I submitted were not valid. What wasn't covered wasn't fully explained to me upon signing up for this policy. I wouldn't have known that seals and gaskets weren't covered until I received the policy after I applied. I took my truck in for repairs that were dangerously needing to be done and they denied all of them because they all had seals and gaskets. So I've wasted my money and my time and now I have no car to drive for a couple of weeks. They offer rental but because the dealership charged them rental fees for the loaner so I can't get a rental car... read more

ok I asked for a price and then asked for a time to think about it the *** said if i waited I would get charged more money then the price on my quote said $169 for the down payment but I got charged $198 down its not right so I like the warranty and the guarantee from a big company but the practice of push a sale on me so i wouldnt lose the better price is messed up.......I still bought the service its just messed up

I purchased this auto warranty for my 2018 ram 3500. It had ****** miles when I purchased it. At about ****** I purchased the warranty. Approximately 1500 miles and 40 days later my transmission went out. The dealership said wear over the years caused it to fail. Upon inspection by Endurance they said they will not cover it. Because the wear was not after I purchased the warranty. Now I'm three months into paying for a warranty for a used vehicle that doesn't really cover used vehicles. I feel like Endurance is a big scam.
