Did not back up the 30 days to cancel and said that they do not offer checks for my refund. Only by using my debit card at the bank. I explained to them the card is no longer active and need a check mailed to me. What kind of reliable company don't write checks? Now it looks like I am out of my money.

Endurance warranty Horrible customer ********************** , un professional , any claim filed was denied for random excuses with no basis , refused to assist with information on a specific car which is the main vehicle posted on the website and claimed to be known for the issues my vehicle has ! Claimed my vehicle had replacement parts and bad business for shops that have to over explain just to be denied and hung up on ! Alll the money I paid in after 4 months have only been approved for 2 tows!

This company is a big scam. They reel you in with get a warranty to help with vehicle break downs. Don't pay out of pocket we got your back. Yeah right. I bought an truck not knowing the history they say of it so I decided to get a warranty cause I might need it. I drive for a couple of months then it showed some problems forming. 11/21/24- I have had a car warranty with Endurance since 5/24 a supreme package . I just recently moved from ** to IN and my car had been using more oil than usual. Took my car to **** **** Jeep in Indpls, (11/18/24) to have diagnostic services, and (11/19/24) after I had spoken with the claims department (********) regarding my issue with my car. Would give a zero if possible. First thing to know is that if you purchase this warranty if and when you choose to cancel you will need to get the cancellation form notarized and returned before they actually cancel the plan. This is misleading since "the cancel at any time" is not as simple as you would assume. Also, if you have after market wheels you will need to pay the additional rider since they will not cover anything if you do not. The sales people were plenty nice, but getting all the information would have been nice. Leaving out pertinent details is what unsavory used car dealers do, not national warranty companies do. Unfortunately I had to make a claim last week because my starter went out. Unfortunately the claim was denied. I had met my 30 day waiting period, but not the mileage minimum.
