Endurance was very slow in repairing my car. It took them about 2-3 weeks to decide they would approve of repair. They insisted on getting the part and it took about 4 weeks to send the wrong part. When they finally sent the right part 3 months had passed and then it was a used part. My car sat at the mechanic 14 weeks for a job the shop told me it would have taken probably less than 2 weeks if they were allowed to order the part. I believed the representative who sold me the policy, ******* Service Manager informed me that the repair to my transmission (*******) so it would operate properly was denied by endurance because it is, and I'm quoting, "non-critical" Sad state of affairs when these warranty companies can rip off consumers the way they do, and shame on ****** ******* for helping Endurance con people out of their money.

They denied my claim in which I tried to have them reconsider. They aren't responding. They will not provide me with documentation of what the propose of the denial is. Waste of money! Do not use

Endurance is a scam. I contacted them do to a scam correspondence I received from them. While I was there, I asked for a quote. Since I own a ***** they boosted the rate for coverage by 50 percent with the lie that ***** cars are not dependable vehicles. Stay far away from this fraud company.

I would give them a zero rating if it was an option! the have a claim denied based on wear and tear, i have a recording of an Endurance Representative describing what is covered under a described situation, it is clearly misrepresentation. I paid for 48 months and up to ****** miles; claims will not allow me to discuss with a claims supervisor, when i ask for customer ********************** they transfer me to claims, when i get to claims they tell me they cannot transfer calls. Endurance denied every single claim that was submitted. I cancelled the policy and was told that in order to get my money refunded I would need to get their form notarized.

Time and time again I get a barrage of emails from this company sometimes 10 a day all marked as spam. Called the corporate after posting a bad review and the manager called me back told me if I didnt remove the bad review they would continue to text and email me
