"Excellent service and quality " Pros: It is easy to set up, ablvery easy to update and make changes. Cons: Im pleased to say, so far I have no negative experience with Epos Now Overall: It has always been excellent, and when problems have arrison, the Epos Now suport has always been organised and efficient at resolving the problems.

"Happy with Epos Now system" Pros: Easy to use, prompt answers in case of issues, clear information regarding the costs. Cons: Some operations could be more easy to do, and some times some process are too long to apply. Overall: I have already suggested to some friends for the good quality price ratio.

"Epos system is a top nutch system" Pros: The system is easy to use after you get through your training. Customer service are quick in responding to any of your needs. Reasonably price system compare to others in the markst place. Cons: Easy to use, very practical. You can learn how to use it within few hours of training

"Excellent POS system" Pros: Easy to use and great customer service and system is nice looking as well Cons: I do do not like the fact that i cannot print reports on my printer Overall: Its a great pos system and very easy to use and seems to have evry report that i need.

"Excellent Help Desk Experience" Pros: I am reviewing a help desk contact. The call we made was answered promptly and the advice given was clear and worked effectively. Cons: We would like to see the card terminals offer a Customer Not Present function. Using Pay By Link is very clumsy and relies on Customers to use their mobile 'phones or email correctly, which many do not. Overall: Excellent. We recently changed from another provider. "Should have done it a year ago!" Pros: Functionality, sits alongside current card payment system (DOJO) easy to set up, UK based support team - who answer your calls to their 0800 number without sending you through loads of multiple choice options before speaking to a human! Cons: That I can’t connect my kitchen order printer wirelessly. Sadly a long Ethernet cable runs between the printer to the broadband box Overall: Very good.
