EposNow for a bar Very positive. Easy to set up and runs well and the overall cost is excellent. PROS Easy setup and ongoing management of the system. Cloud sync allows remote management. Easy for our bar staff to use. Customer support is also very good - if we have an issue it's normally a 5 minute phone call to get it sorted. CONS The previous product management was clunky, but the new version has streamlined it and now lets us change the pricing of multiple products at once. Feedback review PROS Spoke to [sensitive content hidden] he was extremely helpful and helped me solve the issues I had. I have spoken to numerous employees lately and all have been very helpful. CONS Communication over dates and deliveries of products could be better. The people who answer the phones are very pleasant and helpful, it is the managers who seem to shy away from problems.
