Do Not Recommend Horrible. Do not trust this company. Pros : Nothing. I do not like the product or the customer service. Cons : The salesperson was all promise, no deliver. He does not answer my calls anymore and told me that we could return within 60 days if we didn't like it but then when I tried to return it, I am told I am not allowed to and the sales person won't answer my calls or emails anymore. The back office system is confusing to use and doesn't work for items with SKUs like sizing and colors. It is very old and b... read more

Worse company I ever dealt with Horrible Pros : Nothing Sales rep mislead me. Customer service rep took four months to verify. Credit card billed automatically without telling. Best advice stay away from this company. Cons : Customer service is horrible. Takes months to get answers from them Reason For Choosing :Misleading sales rep

If using for restaurants in Canada stay away Very poor in handling situation Pros : Customer service service was great till they realized every integration they had promised didn't exist. Cons : They literally washed their hands and havent bothered to comment or reach out really poorly handled. Bad customer support It wasn’t good and I won’t recommend them to anyone Pros : The system works fine but it’s a bit confusing sometimes. Cons : I had a very bad experience with the customer support. I asked the Epos now implementation Manager, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to set up my menu in Epos Now system and he agreed to do so and I paid for their menu setup fee. Terrible Customer Service This system isn't as good as the one we changed from. Our old system got bought out and we were forced to change and I talked to many reps and looked at reviews and I can say that I was misled. Our system is supposed to come with 24 hour customer service and it definitely doesn't. Pros : Easy to set up and use for basic functions Cons : No ability to set specific times for orders to be prepared by. no response from sales after i bought the system and when i tried to reach out to costumer team I never gonna buy Pros : no response from sales no response from customer care team I spend almost 4 hours Cons : lots of feature missing for the pizza store Reason For Choosing :bcoz I saw the revies are good that's why

Support not available No support, if you purchase don't pay right away, if you do they wont return your calls. I have had support tickets going over 2 weeks and no one will call you back. Pros : easy to use cost effective stand alone Cons : No support. Nobody ever calls you back. Reason For Choosing :They promised timely support Reason For Switching :system was getting old

Poor Support & Implementation I've run several small businesses for the past 30 years and this is absolutely the worst software decision I've made, the platform and support are just horrible. Pros : Unfortunately, there is not a lot to like I moved from NCR Silver which was exceptional and unfortunately, EPOS does not compare. Cons : The assignment of modifiers is incredibly poor it's an overly complicated process that's just not necessary. NCR Silver has a much better method, simply easy to follow and time-efficient. Worst customer service ever The system is dead slow when we asked for help they could not do any help, and when we wanted to cancel they asked for a sum that we dont even pay even if we dont use it.
