"Everything in one box!" Pros: The clocking in functionality will help us to save alot of money and the telephone support has been second to none , with all the hundreds of questions I need to ask being answered clearly. Cons: We won't be using the payroll app as it's alittle basic for our requirements, however for a smaller business I'm sure it would be perfect. "Great staff and the product is brilliant" Pros: So smooth and simple to use and being able to access the back office without having to go on the till is amazing. The staff are great and very helpful. Cons: The only con I have is that it takes a while to get to know the system but now I've used it for a little while it's easy enough to pick up.
"8 months later rounding error stumps an entire company" Pros: It's easy to use. Adding products to the till appears to be pretty easy. Many of the features are also easy to use. Pulling reports for anytime it is also very easy. Cons: The rounding errror is inexcusable. The data base feature is not user friendly at all. "Does exactly what it says on the tin " Pros: Remote access allows me to work on the business but not having to be there. Once learned the system does everything I could ever need. The software is brilliant. Cons: Time is needed to initially set up the system but with training, this isn't a massive issue. Sometimes customer service has longer than ideal wait times but the issue is always resolved once you speak to someone. "great customer service" Pros: Rep gave great customer service and was able to get our issue fixed in timely manner, He know how to resolve the issue as soon as we called in Cons: Nothing too serious, we had an issue with using the customer template at one point in time, but after talking to a rep we figured out what the issue was.
"Casual Living" Pros: Since choosing EPOS Now for our POS system at our retail store, I have been working closely with a technician in Customer Support. Even when I am frustrated and facing a difficult challenge, they have been calm and professional and always ease my mind that nothing is insurmountable. Cons: While I can't say that my experience in trying to install a POS system has been easy, I can say that my technician has been so attentive to my needs and has gone over and above in helping me get this going.
"Nature's Soul Cafe" Pros: Customer service technician helped greatly with all of my issues regarding the Epos staff management. Cons: I am waiting for the launch of the new updated version of the app which I am told comes in July
"E Vapor Hut" Pros: Great job! I've been struggling with setting up the program for weeks and haven't had much success emailing epos. But a customer representative took his time and answered each of my questions! He was very professional and if he didn't have the answer he found it for me! Give that guy a raise, he's the best Customer Support staff member I've encountered thus far! Cons: As of now, I do not have any cons for the system. "Adaptive Clothing Store" Pros: The call is always informative, Customer rep has been very helpful. Got all my questions answered, no challenges. For support, he manages to find time to call me on a consistent basis. Cons: Would love to be able to link eposnow to the web store I am creating. Have heard of an update that will allow such a thing to happen, just been waiting to know when it is available.
