"Terrible customer service" Pros: Nothing. If the system doesn’t work, what good is it? Cons: Customer service is terrible. Waited on phone for 2 hours as my system crashed. Spoke to 1 person who was a note taker, not even support. Was told they would connect me to support and they just hung up. Would not recommend. Terrible, slow and no support. Do not purchase! Overall: Terrible support. Very slow system. Not good for take out pizzeria, or any business that is fast paced. Do not buy.

"Not Impressed" Pros: Reporting was okay and not too difficult to use Cons: The support that this company offers in North America might be the worst I have experienced interacting with any company. If you are fortunate enough to get through to the UK it is usually okay. If you end up talking to the US support you will get nothing but a headache and waste several hours of your life. Overall: I now use a different software. That says it all.

"Definitely not recommended for grocery stores " Pros: Nothing was as it was stated in the beginning Cons: Where do I start.... from customer service to all the lies about the available features which never worked Overall: The thing i regret the most when ope ing this store is going with this company to run my business. I have lost many man many hours trying to make this system work.

"Avoid EPOS! " Pros: This company claims to have good customer service but they pulled a bait and switch. It didn’t work the way we were told or the way we expected it to, and they completely refused to return it. They ignored emails, hung up on us. Avoid this company they don’t care about their customers! Cons: Everything, it didn’t work for us at all yet we couldn’t return it. "Hidden info in website" Pros: the way advertised in website $999 , without any information what included in it . Cons: Not mention on website what included in price , and addons are extra . Overall: sales man promised us to provide lifetime free addons but once paid all money they don't care , i have asked to cancel within 24 hours but they paying not even half amount after fighting for long , so decided to take as not refunded what i paid but still he is not responding to my mails to add addons . setup is complicated espec... read more

"Worst Customer Service" Pros: There are no pros that is worth mentioning. Cons: They don't have enough features for a Retail store inventory management. The customer service is very bad. Overall: We opted only the software service and they couldn't provide good technical support even for the one thing we subscribed. The customer service is never available when needed. Had to contact them back and forth to even cancel the subscription. This software is suitable for restaurant and food retail only. Not suitable for a clothing... read more

"Please look for better product" Pros: Nothing looks good but the features are not thought true, should really try to work with industries to understand what they need Cons: The product seems very complex and worse part is the implementation is hit and miss, the company selling and implementing the software are the worse I have seen over 15 years of experience in the catering industry Overall: Very very bad experience. Please do your homework before you consider eposnow as you will regret this later

"Do Not Recommend" Pros: Nothing. I do not like the product or the customer service. Cons: The salesperson was all promise, no deliver. He does not answer my calls anymore and told me that we could return within 60 days if we didn't like it but then when I tried to return it, I am told I am not allowed to and the sales person won't answer my calls or emails anymore. The back office system is confusing to use and doesn't work for items with SKUs like sizing and colors. It is very old and backwards and I wouldn't recommend it ... read more

"The online order can not go to the printer.The company still don't know when thet can fix it. " Pros: No Good at all. They don't provide takeaway section for us to input takeaway customer detail. Cons: The back end still not bad. The just push the problem to each other partner. No promise who and where able to fix the printing priblem Overall: Very disappointed
