My experience with Beverly Fox and Stephanie Cardillo was absolutely amazing. As opposed to your every day Bank, they actually care about there customers. I feel they take people’s situations on a case by case basis not just another $ for their institution.

Only con is that they are not open on Weekends, other than that my experience have been so great and they really went over and beyond for me.

I had a very stressful and unique situation with my home refinance. After being told by numerous banks (even my own bank, where I WAS a customer for years) that I was not eligible for a loan, I was referred to Extra Credit Union by a co-worker. This morning I went to Extra Credit Union to sign for an auto loan where I met with Stephanie Cardillo, the closer, who walked me through the process. She put me at ease and explained each document carefully, yet I didn’t feel rushed, and Stephanie had the whole transaction completed in no time. She is so proficient, personable, and professional that I enjoyed working with her. I believe others will, too. I hope that Extra Credit Union rewards her excellent customer service.
