Jovita was a great help! She gave me all of her attention and assisted in answering all of my questions and concerns. I ended up wanting to switch my unit on the ground floor and she did it quick and fast.

First time using this service and it was amazing. I forgot the young lady's name who helped me but she was very upbeat and patient. She was willing to show me multiple spaces until we found the right one for me.

I am very much impressed with the employees who helped us moving our stuff. Adonis from Extra Space,Daly City branch offered his help and made an extra mile of helping us carry our heavy boxes up to the second floor due to the elevator being out of order.
