I like this self-storage facility for 4 main reasons.... it is conveniently located where it's easily accessed from San Francisco via Interstate 280; has friendly & courteous staff; clean facilities; and competitive prices.

If you are looking for service, value and securty, THIS IS THE PLACE. While shopping for a place to store my belongings, although not easy, I found Extra Space Storage. The lady I spoke with(I think her name was Solma, sorry if I misspell your name) was not only professional but helped me decide on the type of storage and size( she was very patient with me since I am watching my pennies). Thank you Solma!
Excellent storage place! The staff here is really friendly especially Selma. I never had an issue with my unit and they were always prompt in fixing any problems I had with my bill or unit. The place overall is really clean and well maintained. There is plenty of space to move all of your things and the hours are reasonable. There are plenty of dolleys to help you move things and I've rented units from several building in this extra storage and I've never had any problems with the elevators. I've been using this storage facility for years now and have had nothing but great customer service. The staff are always pleasant, polite, and extremely helpful. I was ecstatic when my building was finally renovated to include elevators!
The team at this location is terrific. Very nice, helpful and willing to assist. The upgrade in the units exterior was very nice. The access and hours were good and the overall operation is clean and well managed. This was the second Extra Space we have used and would use them again. Great Job!
