Excellent service. Just amazing. Clean spaces. The best
Very convenient. Great customer service. Nice and quiet place. Luvi was very kind and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone looking for storage.
Very good customer service. Love the help we received and very friendly also. Happy to do business here!
Don't let the 3 star average fool you. So far, I've had a 5 star experience with this location. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and saved me from a lot of stress and headache! Most reviews seem to complain about the storage rate increases that happen after 6 months of storage. I can't speak to that as I'm only storing my possessions here for a shorter duration, so bear that in mind. ------------ PT1 of 5-star experience: As this was my first time ever using a storage center, I was pretty paranoid/wary about all ty... read more
A friend introduced me to Extra Space Storage. I was impressed by not only the cleanliness but by the warm, courteous welcome and greeting by the staff Luvy. I needed a storage place to transfer from another nearby storage. She pleasantly showed me the storage unit that was possibly going to be available. In a few days, she called me and told me that the storage unit was available to reserve. I immediately reserved it. As I went back to Extra Space Storage to complete my paperworks, she was very patient, cordial, accomm... read more
I have been storing all my extra things here for a month now and the 2 wonderful ladies Luvy and Irene have made my experience on signing up very easy. They have top notch customer service, they answered all my questions and they are very helpful. I feel very safe that all my belongings are stored here. They don't only have great customer service, they also have the best price in area.
Nice customer service. Got service by Adria & Luvi. In and out, Problem solved.
I am impressed with the costumer service! When I went there to rent a storage space the ladies at the desk were very nice and helpful. They saw on me I am in rush and they served me very quickly and gave me a great deal! I highly recommend this storage for everyone!!!!
Totally impressed with the customer service! I reserved a space online but, when I came in to do the paperwork it was explained to me that the website has the space tagged incorrectly. Adrian was quick to find a solution for me and even was able to get a deal for the trouble it caused. I've always liked this location because it's clean, the staff is super helpful and the location is secure. Will definitely continue renting here!
