I've been using this storage facility for years now and have had nothing but great customer service. The staff are always pleasant, polite, and extremely helpful. I was ecstatic when my building was finally renovated to include elevators!

The team at this location is terrific. Very nice, helpful and willing to assist. The upgrade in the units exterior was very nice. The access and hours were good and the overall operation is clean and well managed. This was the second Extra Space we have used and would use them again. Great Job!

Employees at this location really know what they're doing. They are extremely helpful and upbeat. Got 50% off our first month's cost. Had a great experience here, would recommend to everyone! :)

Being a victim of the recession was tough, but going to Extra Space Storage made it more bearable. The customer service and prices were top notch. The move into the Storage facilities were simple and I can trust that our stuff is safe.

I have negative experience at Daly City / Colma Extra Space storage. A lot of rats running between units Manager Jovita Alarcon told me to post 5 star review, when I poster negative, she increased price for my unit second time per year. I think I pay highest price in all CA storages now.619 dollars. This is not her private facility, but she id acting like she's.

I used this storage space throughout my time in college. I wish I could leave this place with a good review but my last experience with them was awful. I went to collect my things and found RAT DROPPINGS throughout the unit and multiple holes in my belongings from RATS chewing through my stuff. I told management about my problem and they did absolutely nothing. I cannot recommend this place if you care about your belongings.

Really disappointed in their service. They increased my monthly rent by almost $60 without notifying me. I had to find out when my automatic payment alert came on. When it happened last Sunday- I couldn't get a hold of anyone to talk to about this since their offices were closed on Sundays. They have all these promos in the beginning and they lock you in and increase the charges without notifications. After only a few months they start raising the rental charges. Very frustrating. The upstairs is full of rats even in my unit eating up my traveling bag! And not only that! The manager out all person should be more kind to customers! She's very rude! She needs more training how to deal with customers!!! She needs to go back to training school to learn how to deal with people!!!

We emptied our storage unit today. Im so glad to be leaving this place. Their outrageous fees continue to rise randomly. After the unit was empty, I went to the office to close my account. I informed the office person that I still had two weeks left and would i be getting a refund. She informed me they don't give refunds! Its all about the money for this establishment. You will be better off going to a different place for your storage needs.
