I moved in on February with $35 and insurance extra total of $49. The price is locked for three months and just received the price raised message from them to $80. When I checked the internet price of their company, they are still offering low price as I were joining. Scam and scam. Not an honest business they are. Put me on to considering moving out to another storage.

My Unit, along with 15 others was robbed. The thieves knew exactly where the cameras were and were not. The staff don't gave a d--n. They wont even credit back the month's rental payment for when it was robbed. They tried to blame my lock--which they (Selma) sold me. If you want a safe place to store your stuff, I suggest you look elsewhere. This place is being hit from the inside. Just found out that my storage was broken into. My lock which was provided by the storage company was tampered with and my belongings were rummaged through. Not entirely sure what was taken but I had portraits from high school with my name on them that were looked through. I feel SO violated. There's also NO cameras in the hallways to check who was messing with my storage unit. DO NOT recommend this place to ensure your belongings are safe. DO NOT use their locks either, they can be easily compromised.

Honestly if I could give no stars I would. I have been storing my stuff at this extra space storage unit since 2017 and I've had no issues (except for the ever increasing rent charges) until this week. I came to retrieve an item from my space and found that I could not access my locker because the latch was bent and the paneling to the side was wiggling. It is what you'd expect. A basic storage place and nothing special. I gave them 2 stars because my bill has been going up every few months the past year. We recently got a notice stating our bill will increase by $40/month due to market changes. I go online to view costs and my same unit is actually $60/month less now! They hook you in on the deal and gradually increase your rent assuming we would not move out. We out. @publicstorage is down the street and cheaper. If I could give a Zero star I would. They are in the business of SELLING people's stuff and not STORING. They attracted us with one month free. We stored our life belongings because my husband got a job overseas. We were with them for 2 years, and every time we would call for service it is either a very unprofessional response or a person who can't understand English. DO NOT STORE YOUR PERSONAL THINGS OR ANYTHING VALUABLE THERE. THEY ARE TOTSL THIEVES We left the state on work assignment so we decided to store all our belongings and all our memories at this place. Furniture, clothe, children trophies pictures, TVs, game systems, total value over $ 65 K. I just had the worst customer service experience at this location. I have a unit and have packages delivered here. On more than 1 occasion, my packages have been delivered to the wrong unit. I have to spend time, with an associate that works for the facility, looking for my packages in other customer units. I had an order of 21 boxes shipped here. The office logged that I received 9 boxes. 17 were delivered to me. 3 were delivered to Someone else's unit, and 1 is still missing. I contacted the manager at the faci... read more
Very slow customer service. It's 1:30 in the afternoon and only one persone attending customers. Where are the other workers? There are three people waiting to be helped. This is indicative of poor management and poor customer service. I would leave this location if there was a location closer to my house.
