Safe and convenient. Will come back if I need another storage. Clean, safe, upstairs one are difficult to get too but that's it

I wasn't able to unlock my unit and Jovita was friendly,helpful and quick to solve my problem. She knows her way around a saw and was able to easily cut off my lock and replace it for free and with a smile and great attitude! Thanks Jovita!

People in the office were very nice and the facility looks clean, but the space advertised as 3x4 feet was only 3x3. I understand measurements being approximate, but off by 25% is significant.
