I can't remember their names, but maybe it was Dillan? Whoever they were, they were nothing but nice to me on the phone. SO SO SO happy they had first month free, because we had to do renovations that required us to store the large furniture elsewhere for a couple weeks and the cost was so high. Stressing out everyday. Luckily ESS had this great offer, no hidden fees, in and out, and we're all done. Easy process and clean location. Will use again, but hopefully never need to. Thank you!

I highly recommend Easy Space Storage on Junipero Serra Blvd in Daly City. The office staff is very efficient and professional. Their storage facility is very secure and clean. You will be highly satisfied for all your storage needs. They are the best.

Very easy and fast. MIKE helped me around to see my unit. And when I closed my account, LUVEE was a STAR. I haven't met her but she helped me a lot in clarifying the terms. when she calls or leaves a message she sounds like she loves her job. Pleasing manner, good vibes for what can be a stressful moving for customers.

Don't let the 3 star average fool you. So far, I've had a 5 star experience with this location. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and saved me from a lot of stress and headache! Most reviews seem to complain about the storage rate increases that happen after 6 months of storage. A friend introduced me to Extra Space Storage. I was impressed by not only the cleanliness but by the warm, courteous welcome and greeting by the staff Luvy. I needed a storage place to transfer from another nearby storage. She pleasantly showed me the storage unit that was possibly going to be available.
