Very easy and fast. MIKE helped me around to see my unit. And when I closed my account, LUVEE was a STAR. I haven't met her but she helped me a lot in clarifying the terms. when she calls or leaves a message she sounds like she loves her job. Pleasing manner, good vibes for what can be a stressful moving for customers.

Don't let the 3 star average fool you. So far, I've had a 5 star experience with this location. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and saved me from a lot of stress and headache! Most reviews seem to complain about the storage rate increases that happen after 6 months of storage. A friend introduced me to Extra Space Storage. I was impressed by not only the cleanliness but by the warm, courteous welcome and greeting by the staff Luvy. I needed a storage place to transfer from another nearby storage. She pleasantly showed me the storage unit that was possibly going to be available. I have been storing all my extra things here for a month now and the 2 wonderful ladies Luvy and Irene have made my experience on signing up very easy. They have top notch customer service, they answered all my questions and they are very helpful. I feel very safe that all my belongings are stored here. They don't only have great customer service, they also have the best price in area.
