Came in for a consultation and got help from James. He was very thorough, patient, and flexible with helping me find the best unit for my specific needs. He offered multiple options at different price points and reassured me with details around staff availability, security, and insurance options,and unit/price ranges. Highly recommend this place and ask for James.

First, I have to say storage units are a tough business. And this one is in a tough location to keep orderly and clean, but somehow they manage to do that to top it off. All of my interactions with the staff have been excellent. I use the unit for business storage, and I'm in at least once or twice a week. The manager Lonnie is super helpful, and the one time I had an issue, they were totally focused on finding a solution and they did. I've already recommended this facility to friends and figured I'd finally write a review.

We have rented a unit and stored our car at this facility. I gave a 4 star review because Extraspace storage does not give discounts to long term customers. The rate continues to increase We have chosen to stay with this facility because it is safe and secure. Recently we have experienced great customer service from Amber and Lonnie
