Dennis from xtraspace storage was so nice and helpful. He called me after i made an online reservation and gave me all the information i needed to come down and sign for the storage unit. He was upfront about what to expect for cost of the monthly rent in addition to the cost of insurance. When i arrived, he showed me how to get in and out of the unit as well as how to access the locker from the step ladder. Everything turned out great and the customer service was wonderful. Super friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. Roz knew exactly what size space I needed right off the bat. They are fast, efficient, and professional. The place is super clean with great security. I would not consider renting anywhere else after such a positive experience. Very competitive rates as well.

Went down to Extra Space Storage to buy a couple mattress covers. The employees were amazingly helpful in suggesting a product and helping me with my purchase. Service with a smile! If I need storage or further packing supplies, I will absolutely be back!

I had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage. Their facility is very clean and well-maintained. The building security is state of the art; I felt safe leaving my things there. The staff members were helpful and professional throughout the process. I found their customer service to be fantastic! I shopped around before committing to a storage company, and found their prices were the best in town. I would use Extra Space Storage again in a heartbeat!

I need storage for a temporary move/renovation. I have seen many storage companies in and around town, and I went to visit all of them to compare pricing and to see how the companies matched their ratings online. This place is very good air conditioned and first time for me to rent a space. I was looking for just a small spot and got what I was looking for. Matt is very helpful and explained all the rules and security. This place is new very clean and the price is reasonable for my needs. They have small carts available to help you wheel in your boxes. Now my unit is small and you need a stair to open and get to storage. So make sure what you want and inspect it first.
