It was such a relief after speaking with Cliff B. that I could keep my existing storage unit without an increase in price. I didn't have to go through the hassle of moving out. I am a long term rental and appreciate how he took care of my needs. It was smooth and efficient process. I would continue doing business with Extra Space Storage Kalakaua.

Awesome experience! Secured rental online. When we arrived on-site, James took us to our unit. Jennifer had prepared everything so the unit was clean and a lock waiting for us. Great customer service. Mahalo to Extra Space Storage!

My daughter used the online rental services to buy a unit the day of and it was the smoothest process ever! The manager, Josh, who helped me out in person was super helpful, efficient, and friendly. Perfect experience overall and I highly recommend this business!

The online rapid rental process was easy & user friendly. I did not realize I would have to come in within 24hrs after sign-up to confirm everything but Josh in the office was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was concerned when I noticed my storage unit would be high enough that I needed a ladder/lift to get to it but Josh patiently walked me through the whole process of how to use everything until I felt comfortable with what I was doing. Great service is always appreciated. Would highly recommend (:

Easy access. Love having carts always available. Great staff. Elevator is a little sketchy, but no big deal. All good.
