I was in the process of deciding whether or no to move my storage at the end of next month because of the increase. I called and spoke to a wonderful person I think her name was Byrdeye. Guess what she looked up my file and got me a better rate (timing is everything). I was so happy that I just had to tell everyone not only did I get a better deal bet she made my day with her awesome friendliness and sincere customer service. Somebody give Jacob a raise. He didn't have to, but helped me store and retrieve something from my upper level storage unit. I'm injured and couldn't have done it myself. Big mahalo for the assistance.

Let's first start out by saying that Cliff was THE MOST helpful when trying to figure out what went wrong with my unit. He was professional, empathetic, and patient. 5 stars to that man. Pay attention when renting/reserving your unit! Check out the prices online and then RESERVE THE STORAGE UNIT. Someone will call you shortly, and then ask them specific questions about it. Very fast and easy. Reserved to take a look at the unit space. Very reasonable in my price range. I only have just a foldable bed, TV, a cheap TV stand and a few suit cases. Very small stuff. I had the 10 by 5 storage size. Mr. Cliff gave an amazing costumer services. He'd shown me the 5 by 10 and the 10 by 5 to see what's the different. I'm happy that I made my choice. this supervisor named jennifer ing signed me up for a storage unit within 15 mintz i was a signed storage client. she deserves a promotion due to her professionalism n her fast n efficient services she provides. she signed me up for a storage unit that was at a different storage location n still it was complete n done within 15mintz. fastest registration n sign up for me. then 5 days later as i pulled into the facility the supervisor jennifer ing signed me up for. she was right there in front door entrance to the office. sh... read more
