Professional and very helpful
Friendly staff, accommodating in times of need and clean facility. We needed at last minute a 2nd storage unit, Debbie was able to find a unit on the same floor. She saved our day!! Also Shout out to Meleane and Jen with setting us up with our 1st rental Unit. You folks are Awesome!!

Debbie provided me the excellent service! I made the online storage reservation however I misunderstood the space I needed, Debbie explained everything I need and gave me the exact storage unit right away. She is professional and very customer oriented!! The place may a little expensive but the location is good and very clean. Thank you, Debbie and I recommend to everyone!

The security of the facility and the helpfulness of the employees. In particular an employee by the name of Debbie Jurgens at your Honolulu Hawai’i location was “extremely” helpful to me! She is always cheerful, smiling, and always listen’s, and if there is a problem in which she can assist with she always to come up with a resolution to it! She is a great asset to your company - Great job Debbie!
They were 10 minutes from closing but yet took extra time to help me get a unit !
