The Staff is amazing and so helpful! From the day I called so desperate for storage, Arlene was so helpful and enthusiastic and made the process so simple! I knew that I had made the right choice, sight unseen! I found an apartment and no longer need the storage. I called to see if I had to stay another month etc etc I called and Sierra answered and walked me thru the exit process. She too was happy for me and guess what...? I had to get a last-minute storage unit, and I reserved it online, got a call within the hour. Set it up a few hours later! Super easy, and the staff is fantastic!

Kalakaua Extra Space Storage has great customer service. They do their best to keep the facilities clean! I see some bad reviews about break-ins and homeless people. Sure it's there, but where Isn't it an issue? These things are serious social issues that is everywhere affecting most. To put the onus on the workers is not pono. I give these employees of Extra Space Storage props for hanging in there and doing the best they can!
