Great customer service and simple, speedy leasing process! They called over the phone, reviewed the information, and had my storage rental set up before I even arrived at the facility! Thanks for a smooth move-in!

I have used this facility ExtraStorage . I at first found that the location was good , the monthly cost was the best around . Everything is clean and kept up well. Then on top of that , the customer service was and is Top of the Line. The girls there were always happy , smiling and willing to help in any way they can !

I was in immediate need of a storage unit and had planned on checking out Extra Space Storage and Public Storage. (The rates seemed about the same.) I never made it to Public Storage, though, because SIERRA, at Extra Storage, provided exceptional service (!) and the unit(s) available fit my needs. I just got off the phone with Debbie, the customer service rep. She was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I called because I want to finally get my stuff out of storage. She let me know that I can let her know, on the phone, when I want to check out. She then prorated my account so I wouldn't have to pay a full month for only a couple days storage. It's always nice, especially during this pandemic and the stress it is causing, to hear a pleasant voice on the other end of the phone line. Thank you, Debbie!

I have had to use storage units over the last 10 years more than I care to admit. In nyc and here on Oahu. From the moment my first interaction started with Eileen on the phone everything was made to make a horrible life situation comfortable. I had just moved home to Oahu and rented my dream apartment. As two college students moving out of our home we had no clue how the storage process worked. However, Debby was extremely helpful!! We were in a crunch to find storage space and she made the process easy and simple. They also provided us with helpful information about the correct lock to use and storage tools to preserve our mattresses and other items. All around great experience! The pricing is very reasonable and the customer service is great. Debby made our entire experience!!

Mike at the front desk was the man. He was able to find me a better deal than I had first reserved thru the website on the first walk thru. I got a 5x5 and eight ft tall with the roll up door.
