The storage itself was fine. The pricing was a total bait and switch--they advertised $52/month, I signed up, stored things and left the country for half a year, then a month later they sent a notification that they decided that $100/month was a better price and it was effective immediately. I understand raising prices a bit based on market conditions, but doubling seems a bit excessive. Will be looking elsewhere first next time.

Great customer service, the team has always been really helpful and friendly. The process for moving in and out is very simple. The facility itself is very clean. I do suggest, if you have renters insurance to give ESS a copy so you won't have to pay their insurance.

I've been renting a storage unit at Berkeley facility for a couple years already and my experience have been excellent and dealing with stuff not a problem, they are very friendly and always willing to work and help me, therefore l highly recommend this place if you are looking for storage space! I feel like my belongings are very safe here. I rented on a Sunday with nobody there and easy communication on the phone. I had trouble finding my space because there's no layout as you go in. But overall I really really like it.

I called in today looking for a space as my old storage was compromised. I talked to Fritz and had a stellar conversation! I later went inside and meet Vianney and she helped me out, we toured the unit, and I left with a lock and key on my hand, paperwork done and super happy in less than 1-hour!! This is a dream team! Amazing customer, service, super cool, and friendly. Nice facilities, no junk, clean, safe. look no further peeps...Fritz and Vinney gotchu! Thanks for you're help today!
