Unless you're okay with stolen items, avoid this place at all costs! Our storage unit was broken into, the thin metal strip that keeps the door closed was cut. The company does not have cameras, so they couldn't provide any video footage. On top of this, the employee and manager were unbelievably rude when we asked for this month to be refunded. We didn't get any apology, just "because we didn't purchase insurance" they will not reimburse us for stolen items or provide any compensation. The reaction was incredible. Even a... read more

CON ARTISTS! These people continuously raise my rent. I signed a lease at a standard non-promotional rate, and I have only been here for 6 months, and they have doubled my rent without even telling me. I called to ask why, and their solution was that I should move my stuff to a smaller unit. I don't want a smaller storage unit. I want the rate that I initially signed for. COMPLETE RIP OFF DO NOT RENT HERE. LOW VALUE DOGS**T FACILITY

Broken elevator for months. Belongings covered in mold- baby items stored for 6 months while moving and setting up, getting ready for baby. No hand carts available when needed. Wanted time and money. Go elsewhere

Its a financial trap... The location and services worked very well. The problem came that a few months after contracting their services while I was in another state unable to move my belongings they suddenly changed the price of the rental by increasing it 45%!!!! Who does this do a customer!? Almost double! It was a bait and switch. I don't recommend them as a service because of this.

Do not rent here. My rent started at $250 and is now at $500 a month. This is a bait and switch scheme where they get you locked in and then raise the rent non-stop. They exist to drain your finances by keeping your stuff hostage.

This place is the worst rip off in The history of rip offs. I got to say they start you off with an introductory rate it's really low and then literally in a month or two they raise it a little bit another month or two to raise a little bit within like 6 months you're paying double within a year you're paying triple quadruple of what they actually quoted you at and are still advertising the space you have for that loaded actually rate so the whole idea of market dictates this because you know blah blah blah! They stole items from my unit. Inside job...supposedly they replaced all doors and had to remove my lock---- and during that time stole my bike and who knows what else! RUN AWAY!!!!

Very rude manager who accuses people of random stuff. Causes people to talk sternly and uses that video footage against them. Threatens to charge their account an insane amount for nothing. The bathroom is never clean when we use come to use the storage unit. Piss and shit puddles everywhere and they say they just cleaned it when everything looks just as we saw it 4 days ago. Extremely rude and jealous manager who preys on people who she feels like don't deserve anything.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They use UNETHICAL bait and switch pricing tactics. They give you a reasonable price to start and they will hike your rates by 2-3X just a couple of months in. DO NOT GO. Rent from a local company and definitely ask what the pricing schedule will be before you start. I can't wait to get my stuff out of here.
