The staff is excellent; very helpful and informative. Just rented a unit and was very happy with the process. Mar was great to deal with for sure.

UPDATE 2: We contacted Jessica at the after-hours help line and she was able to alert the property manager to the situation. He located my kid and got the elevator working. I had a horrific experience with Public Storage customer service in LA a few years ago, so when I heard the initial reaction to my kid's predicament was "too bad, you gotta wait until we open office hours on Monday," I felt like I was dealing with the scoundrels at PS again. It was easy, I booked the unit online, they called to confirm, we spent a few minutes when we arrived getting a lock and payment details sorted, we moved in, notified them online when we were moving out, moved out with no problems. Great service, good security, no issues with the items.

This place us about as good as it gets. The staff is kind and professional. Accessibility is good. It is clean and well run. Over the years I gave used others and would choose Extra Space over all of them.
Tentatively upping this to three stars, since the district manager did eventually make a reasonable offer to handle the problem. Still took far, far *far* too much effort to get it dealt with, but I believe it will be resolved reasonably.
I made arrangements from another state, and the staff on both ends were great. There were a few communication glitches along the way, but they were always resolved. On the ground, at Cedar Street, excellent experience with staff and facility.
I found the space to be very clean, and the staff was immediately friendly! Johnny exceeded all expectations of customer service, and made us feel completely at home. All information it was clearly explained, and they even gave us a free lock! Would definitely recommend.
4 stars because it's a bit expensive. Otherwise Stephen helped me out and was very clear about charges and fees. Overall very clean and safe facility, only used it for about 3 months.
