Ron, Tony, Jacque, and the rest of the team ~ They have gone way out of their way to help me in my transition. They have been nothing but friendly, and the storage facility feels very safe! Lots of cameras and a monitored gate! When I had to have moving pods delivered, Ron even came in an hour and half before the office opened to make sure they could be received! I would certainly use the space again if I needed it, especially with renovation of much of the space. Most Appreciated! D-

I had a great experience with this company. I was thoroughly impressed with the actual storage units, and the staff is really nice. I would definitely recommend them, and I will be using them for all my future storage needs.

This place IS as good as it gets for storage. The people who work there are charming and kind and so helpful. The prices are good. The place is safe. Good hours.

These guys are great! I work for a non-profit, and we were in desperate need of a storage unit, and these guys SAVED THE DAY!! Extra Space Storage has an accessible location, great hours, good prices, and an awesome staff. (They were having lunch when I got there, and they fed me! Where else do you get that kind of service?). They were able to give me a major discount on my space, and the space is clean and accessible. I would definitely recommend them.

Decent Berkeley storage with caveats. Clean, secure-looking, well-maintained property. My indoor unit was spartan but nicely-painted, and had proper motion-controlled lights, elevators, and PIN-code gate access. Separator walls did not extend to the ceiling; I did not have any trouble, but you have to trust your neighbors. Staff was friendly and attentive, though I had little occasion to deal with them. This place is great. I had a lot of stuff to store and Ron made what could have been a very stressful day a total breeze. People who work here genuinely care about their customers. They go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. The staff is excellent and the facilities are clean - a really fantastic place to store things.

Great spot to store your things if you are in the Berkeley area. Great location, friendly staff, decent prices, good storage spaces, convenient if you need to unload from a u-haul, truck, or car. I'd recommend checking this place out to put your belongings!

So very last minute I needed a place to store my things over the summer. Extra Storage Space were super helpful from the start. They had somebody come by that very day and pick me and my stuff up.Ron even made two trips to take all the boxes that I needed to be stored. Ron was very patient with me as were all the employees throughout the entire process. What could have been very stressful was easy and stress free.
