Excellent service. Very responsive. Jake helped me switch to a different space. Super efficient, friendly, helpful, and did all the little things that really make a difference.

Extra Space Storage is on top of their customer service game. I've gotten plenty of help from Monica and Kevin about navigating my monthly rental payments, scheduling a date to end my rental unit, and more. They were very responsive and respectful to all of my questions. Definitely the best customer service I have experienced with regards to a storage company!

located right off the highway, it's convenient. The people who helped check us in were friendly. This location had the best deal online to rent in the area

The reception was friendly and efficient. We rented our unit online and came in to get our code on a holiday. The extra space is conveniently located and the cost for the unit was a good value.

This was super convenient, affordable, and flexible. i had some extra things in my house in Berkeley when I lived out. I was able to have friends pick them up and leave them in storage, directing it all remotely, for a few months when I could come back and pick it all up. i forgot to cancel ad d they gave me a call to conveniently cancel once they noticed my unit unlocked and empty A+

UPDATE 2: We contacted Jessica at the after-hours help line and she was able to alert the property manager to the situation. He located my kid and got the elevator working. I had a horrific experience with Public Storage customer service in LA a few years ago, so when I heard the initial reaction to my kid's predicament was "too bad, you gotta wait until we open office hours on Monday," I felt like I was dealing with the scoundrels at PS again.
