The process to sign up for the unit was easy. Visiting the site beforehand was helpful and the person that helped me was very friendly. Entering and exiting the unit was simple.
The process to rent a storage unit with ExtraSpace Storage was extremely easy! Our representative walked us through all of the steps and we had a spot booked within 10 minutes. Upon arrival, it was very clear how to access the gate and unit. The entire property and inside of the building felt very safe and was extremely clean (with great COVID protocols in place). I would highly recommend ExtraSpace Storage for any extra storage or moving needs!
In our area at this time, most places don't have smaller storage available. I was able to find a unit after checking the web site and calling to confirm. A quick trip later and I had the unit rented and a lock and key in hand. One day later and all my stuff is in and locked up.
