We were shifting from Extra Space Storage in Brooklyn to the facility in Harlem. Adam helped us through the transition process and in signing us up in Harlem. Very helpful and provided good guidance. Also took extra effort to ensure that the sign up was smooth and explained all aspects of charges, insurance etc. well. The facility space was generally well kept, could be a tad cleaner but overall satisfactory. The only aspect that could be improved is the lighting. Hands down the sweetest most professional company around. They have made the storage aspect of my move so stress free. A million thank you's. The location is convenient and spacious. There is pull up free parking, ramps, elevators, and moving supplies of all kinds. I am a grateful and very happy girl. What they are keeping a secret are 12 foot ceilings!!! So much storage for the money! Store with this company. They are spot on.

This was my first time renting a storage unit, and I just received stellar service here. The employee who helped me was very pleasant, and explained everything clearly to me. Another employee helped me load and transport my boxes to my unit, which was so helpful, as I came alone. The units are clean, spacious and secure; I didn't leave any valuables, but I'd feel confident to leave them here in the future. Thanks for making this experience easy and even enjoyable!!

I am renting a space here at the moment and everything was so easy! Milton is super sweet and helpful. They provide carts that make moving boxes and other heavy items to your unit so much easier. They have a great security system and everything was super clean! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a storage unit!

I recently rented space at this location for my business. Milton was the storage representative that helped me and he was fantastic! He was very courteous and helpful. The day we moved in, we discovered that the space we had rented was not large enough for all of the items we needed to store. Milton quickly found an additional space for us to rent. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. They are a predatory vendor. I had a storage locker for three months and then my fourth month bill arrived which was DOUBLE what I was paying. They lie and say my original rate was a promo-rate and it is month to month. I would expect a 10%, 20% increase, but double?? Run from this company!!!

The space and service are fine (LIC). But they are a predatory business. In one year my monthly fee has gone up by almost 70% from $185 to $315. When I started in this space it was not owned by ESS, but once they acquired it, the price increases kept coming. I am really aggravated by the price gouging. I would advise anyone looking for storage for more than a few months to go elsewhere.

I made a reservation and they cancelled it without talking to me. THen I talked to 6 people, my unit was NOT available. I missed my flight to Los Angeles. Horrible company. In the last 6 or 7 months my rent has been raised by $150. First a 35% increase on a $250 unit. Then I moved to a lower priced unit and a 40% increased was levied after one month. I was not notified in either instance. Needless to say I am in the process of moving. I had a clearance giveaway and several of the people stopped by the office because they didn't read the details of the address.
