Extra Space was in the right location for our needs. The customer service representative was professional, pleasant and informative. The facility is well lit and has extensive hours to accommodate most schedules; large elevators tied to security and carts to assist as you move your storage in. Prices are competitive.

So nice. So very nice. The employees at this establishment were sooo nice. I particularly like that I didn't feel rushed, and was able to view the storage space before signing.

We were shifting from Extra Space Storage in Brooklyn to the facility in Harlem. Adam helped us through the transition process and in signing us up in Harlem. Very helpful and provided good guidance. Also took extra effort to ensure that the sign up was smooth and explained all aspects of charges, insurance etc. well. The facility space was generally well kept, could be a tad cleaner but overall satisfactory. The only aspect that could be improved is the lighting. Hands down the sweetest most professional company around. They have made the storage aspect of my move so stress free. A million thank you's. The location is convenient and spacious. There is pull up free parking, ramps, elevators, and moving supplies of all kinds. I am a grateful and very happy girl. What they are keeping a secret are 12 foot ceilings!!! So much storage for the money! Store with this company. They are spot on.

This was my first time renting a storage unit, and I just received stellar service here. The employee who helped me was very pleasant, and explained everything clearly to me. Another employee helped me load and transport my boxes to my unit, which was so helpful, as I came alone. The units are clean, spacious and secure; I didn't leave any valuables, but I'd feel confident to leave them here in the future. Thanks for making this experience easy and even enjoyable!!

I am renting a space here at the moment and everything was so easy! Milton is super sweet and helpful. They provide carts that make moving boxes and other heavy items to your unit so much easier. They have a great security system and everything was super clean! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a storage unit!

I recently rented space at this location for my business. Milton was the storage representative that helped me and he was fantastic! He was very courteous and helpful. The day we moved in, we discovered that the space we had rented was not large enough for all of the items we needed to store. Milton quickly found an additional space for us to rent. The doubled prices within a few months of signing up . I started at 120 and left at 330 within a few moths. Service is rude - if you arrive within a few routes of closing time they will not let you in .

I'm extremely disappointed by a sudden 65% increase in my rental rate. When I reached out, I was told my initial rate was 'promotional'--a fact that was never clearly disclosed when I signed up. Despite being a company that prides itself on digital convenience, they claimed to have sent notice via a physical letter rather than an email or app notification.
