The units are clean - and the folks at the local office are very nice to work with. However - I rented a 10x20 unit for $129.00 per month. Within 8 months - they raised my rate to $209.00 per month based on "revenue management" practices. And apparently, they will raise my rate twice a year - until I get fed up and move my stored items. Do not rent from this company. They are not honest and will gouge you on prices.
I am an Ebay Seller and keep merchandise in my unit. I was sitting in my car and making a list for what Items I need to get out of my storage in order to ship. The management here came to my car and harassed me. They told me to hurry up and move along and stop loitering. As a black business owner I hope I wasn't treated differently because of my skin color. . I shouldn't have not been bothered being in my car for 15 minutes after I've been a tenant for 2 years!. Is there a really not massage therapist that you can tell that they're not license north train they don't act like they know what they're doing they don't even seem to understand the muscle groups and figure out how the body mechanics works affectively together it is not only a bad massage but could be could be a dangerous massage because they don't know what they're doing

Out of the blue they put up a 40% INCREASE IN MY STORAGE RENT!!! WITHOUT ANY NOTICE!!! Really unbelievable! Looks like I am dealing with thugs here! So if you don't want to suddenly receive 40% to 50% increase in your storage rent, definitely don't choose extra storage space.
These guys at Extra Storage Space are similar to bandits. Like the ones who sailed looking for treasures at the time of the Captain Drake in 16th century. We signed at Davie for a 6x12 unit and they of course never told me how often they could increase pricing. One does not look at the dozens of pages of all contract but one cannot ever imagine that after 16 weeks they can increase the price over 50%. In my case I was lucky and it was only 20%. very friendly to your face just like any thief, but they raise your monthly fees without telling you it's going to happen. According to them they let you know by "mail". competed thieves and liars. Do not rent from here if it's long term. I've been raised over a hundred dollars. If you rent make sure it's a flat rate with no possibility of being raised
So the business owner responded to my review on Yelp about getting in touch with her, and I've tried SEVERAL times to no avail. Not surprised. I have been renting here for over 4 years which has been good until recently when my code started only get me in 15% of the time and this is during the gates hours. I have called multiple times and you never get help which this has been a major inconvenience including now with i not being able to get in but using my correct code
Initially I was impressed with the price and the staff. However I received notice of a rate increase.This is my second rate increase in a few months. That's taking advantage of people. Who wants to keep moving their stuff and that's what they're banking on. Disgraceful tactics .
