My items had been stored with them for more than a year when I was $40.00 behind and they gave away my items without any notice. I made arrangements with the office to pay on Friday when I received a text message on the 11th requesting a call. I called and was informed that my items were auctioned on the 4th. Do not store your RV here. Our new fifth wheel was broken into within the first week of storing it with them. Before we even got to use it the exterior doors were damaged and personal items / electronic inside were taken. Extra Space takes no responsibility for security or theft.

I wish there was a negative star. For this place made it such an inconvience for me. I had been storing my belongings with them for over a year now, and because the office manager copped an attitude with me and we got into a disagreement, she felt the need to power trip on me and evict me from my unit. I am extremely disappointed with the corporate management of this company. The people who work there are great but their policies are disgraceful. I went to pay my monthly bill today and found out I received a rate increase without my knowledge. They claim to habe sent a letter but I did not receive one. However, that is not the worst of my complaint. this company is the worst, thief and add you late feed every week, if you are late they add tou and add you and add you more and more, not one late feed like all companies, nooo, i was late for one month and they added me like 250 dollars !!!!!!! is insane, they rip you off, dont go there.

I began my contract with this company (the first time I've ever used a storage facility) based on an "internet special rate." Now, 5 months in, they raised my rate. *DURING THE GLOBAL PANDEMIC.* When I called to ask why the company thought NOW was the time to raise fees, I was told "someone" would get back to me. Of course, no one has called to date.

I physically drove down there to go pay my bill and what I have seen that the storage unit clerks had to doors closed as I looked through the glass door entrance they had 3 staff members they're wearing mask they were no customers there on site. I was the only customer there. This isn't one of Extra Space Storage's best facilities for four reasons, over pricing, poor customer service, compromised / damaged storage units and the lack of interest in resolving customer service issues. First, I have two different storage units at two locations I'm currently renting from Extra Storage Space both are (5 x 5), one at 58 W. 143rd street, NYC and another at 485 W. 129th street, NYC, both in Harlem NY. Zero stars. First of all they had the highest rate possible. Second, the costumer service is horrible. They don't value costumers period. They don't care about your business. At all. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION PERIOD. This is the worst experienceI've ever had with a storage facility. Public storage is way better. Way better. I've been to other extra space storages, they we're way better in ever way. Costumer service and prices. Stay away from this location on panola rd in Lithonia GA
