Extra Space Storage is very clean, well lit and quite. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Each time I have interacted with them in person or on the phone, they have always been professional. I thought the room that I initially chose was larger, but on move-in day, it appeared somewhat smaller. Geevon, one of the staff, saw that I was disappointed with my room and immediately tried to accommodate me with another room to my liking. The room was the same size but much more satisfying.
