The service I received from Jay was Phenomenal!!!!! I set my reservation online to view the unit i reserved and I actually didn't like it. Jay was able to ask me what was I storing to show me the perfect unit directly after!!! Im a busy housekeeper and moving so I'm always on Go Mode and he made this as effortless as possible. I have used Extra Space storage for the last yr and a half in Sarasota, FL. The storage experience was very good - space was very well maintained and staff interactions were very good. However, I was very disappointed by their pricing policy with multiple significant price increases during this relatively short period.

Antoinette helped me complete my lease and was extremely thorough and helpful. She even stayed 30 minutes after close to make sure it was done right. She was cheerful the whole time. Great service!
Move in was super easy. The units are spacious and clean, and the staff is fun and friendly. Antoinette is a GEM and was so helpful to me during lease signing and move in. It's making my move from Manhattan to Brooklyn stress free because I know my things are safely secured. I will recommend this place to anyone in Manhattan.
Nice, clean facility with really polite/personable associates and reasonable prices--what more can you want? Definitely a gem in Harlem if you're looking for a great storage facility.
Extra Space was in the right location for our needs. The customer service representative was professional, pleasant and informative. The facility is well lit and has extensive hours to accommodate most schedules; large elevators tied to security and carts to assist as you move your storage in. Prices are competitive.
So nice. So very nice. The employees at this establishment were sooo nice. I particularly like that I didn't feel rushed, and was able to view the storage space before signing.
We were shifting from Extra Space Storage in Brooklyn to the facility in Harlem. Adam helped us through the transition process and in signing us up in Harlem. Very helpful and provided good guidance. Also took extra effort to ensure that the sign up was smooth and explained all aspects of charges, insurance etc. well. The facility space was generally well kept, could be a tad cleaner but overall satisfactory. The only aspect that could be improved is the lighting.
