The two young ladies (Pam and Tina?) were extremely helpful and polite. it's been years since I've left a review for someone but this one is well deserved! I highly recommend using this company to store your beloved items. keep up the good work!

I have been using a leading storage facility in NY (2 units) for over 11yrs. The past few years this particular company has really been lacking in customer service and over all cleanliness and etiquette. A very close associate recommended I call Extra Space Storage. Fran was LITERALLY the BEST part about my move from TX to PA. She CONSISTENTLY went above and beyond her scope of work to ensure that we were taken care of, she was empathic and genuinely happy to help us. I am ONLY stayed a customer because of her. She is the best thing about that location.
The staff at this site is very polite and provide great customer service. The process to receive a storage was quick and they gave me feedback on which storage space would be best for me.

The service I received from Jay was Phenomenal!!!!! I set my reservation online to view the unit i reserved and I actually didn't like it. Jay was able to ask me what was I storing to show me the perfect unit directly after!!! Im a busy housekeeper and moving so I'm always on Go Mode and he made this as effortless as possible. I have used Extra Space storage for the last yr and a half in Sarasota, FL. The storage experience was very good - space was very well maintained and staff interactions were very good. However, I was very disappointed by their pricing policy with multiple significant price increases during this relatively short period.
