DO NOT STORE HERE! All of the items (in other words my complete storage was wiped clean) STOLEN at the location on 4001 Old Spanish Trail. They claimed they have no idea how someone drilled my lock and stole ALL of the items out of my storage unit. They also cleaned it because it was spotless when I went to check my unit. The manager called me and asked if I had movers to remove my items because my unit was open and empty. They would not allow me to see video footage. If I could write a negative star I would. My television and other personal items were stolen from the grandville location. I could write a novel about it, but the company would not do anything. Spent a lot of $ for insurance and monthly payment just for them to do nothing

Advertised rates are consumer fraud. They give you a low rate for 3 months so you will pay the costs (like truck rental) of moving everything to their space, and then they raise the rates by 50% or more. The notice saying they are raising rates says that they "are adjusted depending on current market conditions." But they are still offering new customers the lower rates. Predatory practices. I'm told I have to move out of the unit I have been in for seven years if I need the same rate as a new customer coming in requesting the same size unit. I'm paying nearly twice that. Everytime you look, there's a charge. PREDATORY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT !!!!!

I rented a 5x10 space from these guys in March for $70 a month. In July I get a text from them letting me know they took $140 out of my account for that same space. For some reason they doubled the cost of my space. Unfortunately I am gone for the summer and cannot move out of this space until November. I called them and they said they would Only charge me the $70 for August, but of course that didn't happen. Find a better company. My location isn't even nice. Total ripoff!!

I was really happy and impressed AT FIRST. I received the online rate the first month, then my 2nd month it went up by over $100 and now for my 3rd month, I was notified its going up ANOTHER $100!! This is very dirty nasty business! They know how hard it is for people to turn around and pay movers again and go through that moving headache again. PSA: This company nearly doubled their prices on my daughter after ~3.5 months of use. Is this really how they want to treat people? I bet they've done this to others and I don't know how people that do things like this sleep at night? I would get a contract with them or anyone else in this line of business to try and prevent this type of behavior. You've been warned.
