RENTER BEWARE. My rental for a outdoor parking space went from $78 a month to over $150 in less than a year. I did not receive any promotional period at the beginning resulting in the steep rise, just a 30 day notification that the fee would increase from $78 to $140 early in '23 and a few months later a notification that it was going to over $150. I moved to another facility for $65 a month.

if I could give 0 stars I would. I see that many other customers have had the same problem I have. Bate and switch. Pure and simple. Do NOT move into this place. Once you are in you're going to be held for ransom. I am so flabbergasted and disappointed.

This place is very misleading and I feel scammed... I rented a unit for $96 a month and everything was fine until I got a bill for $181. I gave them a call and they told me that "the market value doubled" and so now the $181 charge is what I am going to be paying every month. The confirmation email I first received after purchasing the rental stated that my next fee was going to be $96 but now they tell me that they can charge whatever they want because of "market value". I signed a lease in April 2023 and in just 4 months my payment doubled! This company sucks you in with low rates and they say prices (may) change due to market condition within 4 mos. Well 4 mos. to the day my payment DOUBLED!!!! I will be leaving before my next scheduled payment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CO. Buyer beware!!!!!!!

Beware of this place!! Got me all moved in for a $190.00 a month rate then after 3 months are jacking me up 25% to $250.00. They are a bait and switch company for sure.

DO NOT STORE HERE! All of the items (in other words my complete storage was wiped clean) STOLEN at the location on 4001 Old Spanish Trail. They claimed they have no idea how someone drilled my lock and stole ALL of the items out of my storage unit. They also cleaned it because it was spotless when I went to check my unit. The manager called me and asked if I had movers to remove my items because my unit was open and empty. They would not allow me to see video footage. If I could write a negative star I would. My television and other personal items were stolen from the grandville location. I could write a novel about it, but the company would not do anything. Spent a lot of $ for insurance and monthly payment just for them to do nothing

Advertised rates are consumer fraud. They give you a low rate for 3 months so you will pay the costs (like truck rental) of moving everything to their space, and then they raise the rates by 50% or more. The notice saying they are raising rates says that they "are adjusted depending on current market conditions." But they are still offering new customers the lower rates. Predatory practices. I'm told I have to move out of the unit I have been in for seven years if I need the same rate as a new customer coming in requesting the same size unit. I'm paying nearly twice that. Everytime you look, there's a charge. PREDATORY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT !!!!!
