Don't understand the bad reviews. I went in on a Sat afternoon with extreme knee pain so bad I couldn't walk. I was seen right away. The staff was friendly and attentive. The doctor was thorough and kind. Very pleasant visit.
When sitting in the waiting room the receptionist was passive aggressive to the people calling and walking in, and discussed other patients care in front of the 5 people in the waiting room. It took about a hour to be seen despite making an appointment, as we were told these meant "arrival times" rather than appointment times, despite that being the description on the website. I went in for a DOT physical. The front desk was great. A lot of paperwork like any Dr office. Very thorough exam. It's not the nurses fault everything on me doesn't work as well as it used to. Very satisfied with this office. Highly recommend for a DOT physical.
Not sure why all the bad reviews. Very strange. Had a busted ankle went in to get it checked. Fast service, friendly staff, great doctor, and good advice. They made it super easy. 1 star review is crazy. Cmon people.
I had to go to this FastMed twice for a worker's comp injury and they were really great both times. All the people I spoke to at the counter or in the actual exam were kind and got me what I needed. The facility was clean as well and they were quick to get me in and out!
Big shout out to Beth wray FNP and Angie Gonzales CMA for doing such a great job when my daughter had to come in and been seen hands down a great place to be seen. The clinic may be packed but they always make sure to see every patient that comes in the doors!!! I would give a 10 star rating!!!
Viladia was the most amazing person to be seen by! She explained everything thoroughly and made it all much easier. She said she only works here 10 times a year but she should be an example for everyone!
I've been to this FastMed three times in the past two weeks for various reasons. Every time I had to wait thirty minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Once in the exam room the process is very quick. Sonya Golini and Gregory Alexander Collier were very helpful. They correctly diagnosed me and discussed my best course of action, making sure I understood what we discussed. Overall I believe that this is a good facility when you're in a pinch but they seem understaffed and their appointment times are very inaccurate.
I have been meaning to write this review since I visited back In September. I wish I hadn't waited so long because now I can't remember the names of the amazing care providers. I don't remember the last time I had such a pleasant experience at a medical facility. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left I encountered kind, thoughtful, and intelligent staff.
