The doctor, Jon Clayton, was very knowledgeable and caring. He gave great attention to detail on my behalf. He consulted with me, and treated me with respect and skill. I left saying to myself, "This is an excellent place with excellent personnel." My problem was solved completely and professionally. I recommend FastMed without reservation.

Wait times can be a little high, but the employees are very nice. Dr Walker is very knowledgeable and made up for my extended wait time.

I am not sure why they are rated low. The front desk was friendly.. the iPad fill out sucked but that's because I had a fingernail infection lol they got me back fast .. the med assistant was friendly .. the doc was awesome .. he was knowledgeable and went over and above so .. don't get the hate ...

I saw Kimberly Thompson-Tucker on September 5,2023. She was extremely helpful and listened to everything I had to say. She answered all of my questions in depth. The wait time was less than 15 minutes. I was in and out in about an hour. The receptionist was very nice and courteous. I didn't feel like I was intruding on their time. The assistant that checked my vital signs was just as courteous and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend using this provider. The previous reviews left me very apprehensive about visiting this location but everything met my high standards during my visit for a preemployment Physical. There was a bit of a wait when I arrived for my prescheduled appointment. Customer service was able to schedule me online and the reminder text messages were very helpful. I arrived at opening and was able to check in quickly. I met with Reyna who explained the drug screening urinalysis and completed weight, temperature and blood pressure. We're not happy for 3 hr waiting to see Dr. because of food poisoning. We got in 9 am 8-10-19, out 4 pm. We understand long wait bc only 1 Dr help every one. Dr and Staffs are very nice, especially, Dr explain what to do and how to take care when we go home. We change our mind from not happy to very happy. We strongly recommend to everyone if you don't mind to wait for service in Greenville, NC.

I noticed a lot of bad reviews for this place, but my experience was really good. I mean, it's healthcare, I've been in drs offices in a few different countries and it is always a waiting game no matter where you are. However, when I went to Fastmed while on vacation in NC I had a good experience with competent and helpful Drs, Nurses, and front desk staff. There is nothing wrong with this place from my experience.

I've had nothing but good experiences at this FastMed. The staff is great and very knowledgeable. You can book online or walk in. It may be a bit of a wait for walk in but it's not close to ER wait times. If your not feeling good they will fix you up.
