The front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The young lady who was the physician's assistant was extremely professional, compassionate and concerned. She diagnosed me correctly and even called the pharmacy to make su they had the prescription before I went there. I would like to personally thank her!

My wife and I came in this morning after she fell down last night. The wait was minimal and the staff is friendly. She is being attended to now and it seems as if all will go well. I'm glad we found the place.

Best experience I have ever had when going to the doctor! I have never felt so comfortable from the time i walked into a doctors office to the time I walk out! The reception desk was extremely kind and very patient with me as I tried to figure out my insurance information, my nurse was very kind when taking my vitals, and my doctor? He was the best doctor I have ever met! He came in and shook my hand, introduced himself, he had great energy throughout the entire visit, he was humorous and helpful. I was majorly impressed with FastMed in Greenville, NC. I saw them on June 7, 2014. Branigan, the NP, was very personable and caring. Stephanie and Miriam were also kind and caring. I called back on June 9 and received a call back in an hour from the NP. Great service! Highly recommend!

Excellent service and kindness from the entire staff!! My daughter is 8 hrs away from home, she is a student at ECU. She was very sick, visited Fast med and was well taken care of there. I highly recommend FastMed Urgent care of Greenville ,NC.

I give no stars .This office needs to either shut down or hire new medical staff .Front desk staff is unprofessional as well as back. They look like they just got up and came to work.Than have the audacity to tell you we can make a appointment at 230 while they told the other people (4) the same thing than she had to the nerve to tell me the doctor will send me out by ems cause she doesn't deal with copd...Smh just last year the doctor seen me so what its new rules ...Trash shut them down .And I take my star back cause this ... read more

I had a pretty concerning cramp in my wrist and hand that happened three times to me at work, combined with general arm pain in both of my arms that prohibit me from working as much as I used to. Reported the injury to my job, and after persistent symptoms, they sent me here. Had to go the next day because they were at capacity, that's fine. I arrived here this morning. If giving zero stars were possible, that is what I would give. I went into this urgent care because of pain, swelling, and redness in my finger that was only getting worse. I suspected maybe a broken finger or sprain but wanted to get an opinion from a medical professional. The "provider" did not ask me any questions. He did not ask when it started, how it felt, or any of my symptoms. He simply walked into the room after getting my xray results and said "There's no broken bones, it's just a contusion" and sent me on my way.... read more
