Thanks you for taking care of my son while at ECU. He had a lingering cough after a viral infection (tested negative for Covid 3 times). No other symptoms but cough—we just wanted to make sure he was okay since I couldn’t put my eyes on him. I was afraid that he would get prescribed unnecessary antibiotics. I’m a hospital pharmacist and see unnecessary antibiotic prescribing in outpatients all the time. Most people think there is no harm in taking antibiotics, but I know better. Staff truly knew what they were doing. Very professional & I’d recommend anyone there. They worked rather quickly to find out what was wrong ran the tests & came back quickly.
I was pleased with the customer service from everyone. Unlike the customer service I received from Quest Diagnostics. They were VERY RUDE and acted like they did not want to be there or want the customer there.

We went yesterday with colds and virus and the staff took excellent care of us... we are so thankful for their service.The PA on duty I think her name might have been Kim she was very nice and trying to pinpoint everything so she could get us exactly what we needed for our symptoms.The Lady that Xrayed me she was sooo sweet and helpful and the Ladies at the front desk were also very helpful as well as knowledgeable, they got a wheelchair for me because I started feeling worst and seemed concerned and professional.
