So I got this car insurance on January 13. I canceled January 16 from Georgia until today, January 22nd I find out that there’s a cancellation fee and you get 10% of your money back mind you I didn’t get this when I cancel my policy. I was told later when I had to cancel the policy because I live in Kansas I bought the car in Georgia and both the car in the car insurance allow me to get insurance knowing I will never have license in Georgia now they throw me around like I’m a piece of trash. Same story as everyone else. One of their insured drivers rear ended my son and totaled his car. I have placed over 20 documented recorded calls to the adjuster and probably six to his supervisor. The supervisory notated she had left me a voicemail. My phone records prove otherwise. Received one email stating they were investigating whether the driver was covered. Our small business truck was hit in the rear by a gentleman insured by First Acceptance Insurance, this occurred in June 2025. Our truck was considered totaled, our driver was stopped waiting to turn left, their insured just rammed into our truck and police report charged him 100% for the accident. The First Acceptance adjuster had our truck moved to another auction holding location 8/21/25. The adjuster assigned said she would have a settlement offer by 9/5/25.
