June 16 2026, was hit by one of there insurance policy holders. like all other reviews they don't answer the phone. or they put you on hold for hours. The CEO is a retired Air Force veteran. I am having trouble believing this. Integrity is one of the core values. I know this because I am an Air Force veteran. I have contacted my insurance company. Filed third-party property damage claim (#**********) after their insured rear-ended my wife's vehicle on April 7, 2026. The other driver verbally admitted fault at the scene. First Acceptance denied liability on April 30, 2026 with no factual basis and no explanation. This company is 100% the worst insurance company out there you cannot convince me otherwise. First off, the wait times for calls are INSANE. If you don’t call them bright an early in the morning, you will be left on hold for at minimum 30-45 minutes. It happens every time. Then, I have experienced random increased charges multiple times now where I had to talk to “endorsements” and they take FOREVER to figure out what’s happened.
