An adjuster identified as ***** ****(“****”) failed to properly investigate and correct an open claim that appears to have been created improperly by company agents simply from asking a question about a vehicle. One of their customers rear ended me at a red light. I filed a claim and an adjuster has never reached out to me. I was told it would be an easy process. I called customer service and got the number of the manager, ****** ****, and I've left multiple voicemails. I have also left voicemails for the adjuster ******** ******. I have emailed their customer service and their existing claims email with no response at all. Please help me! Worst Insurance ever, was hit by one of their clients and have been leaving messages for months. Impossible to get a hold of or speak to a supervisor. After 11 months they are claiming my vehicle was abandoned and are paying half of the claim.
