I have had Acceptance for a few years and my son had a recent accident, everything was handled professionally and in a timely matter.
I needed auto coverage for my new car. Miss Y***** at the Murfreesboro Pike location was patient with helping me find affordable coverage. Great customer service and she is very personable.
Ms. Y***** was very helpful towards me she was very patient she was very polite she helped me she helped me understand what my policy existed in what I would be covered for what I wouldn't be covered for if I had a deductible with my monthly payment would be for my down payment will be she took her time with me she was very kind thank you so much.
You better hope you never have to file a claim with first acceptance, you should just go ahead and get a lawyer. Worst company ever to deal with. No communication or anything.
I have been trying to be on automatic payment for my insurance but because of a technical issue on their end the payment wasn’t ever going through leading me to be late charged plus charged 10 extra dollars to have to call in to get a payment through. Everytime I call to make sure my insurance is paid for I am penalized for having to do so when if they had it on automatic payment that actually drew the money when it was needed I wouldn’t have to call in.
