By far the worse insurance company ever. Claim # was given on 7/22. Adjusters name was ******** ******. I only heard from her one time during this process its been over 3 months and I still dont have my car. They told me they were going to total my car, then after 3 weeks that agreed to allow me to do a contract to repair, 3 more weeks goes by and then they issue the check which is still not at the new body shop who agreed to the contract to repair. Just hope that you never have to deal with this insurance company. My wife's SUV was sideswiped in the parking lot of her job by a driver who carries this insurance company. Mind you, she was PARKED, and the vehicle was unoccupied. Our claim was denied, because the driver didn't carry commercial driver's insurance, only personal. So they are willing to cover her personal liability knowing she is an **** ****driver? Please be careful out there folks, insurance is a dirty game!

A guy did a false claim now I can't get any call backs from this company he he had a chance to make a claim a false claim. And it's really when you've got a voice mail saying your in the office but unable to talk that says alot. I hope inget some sort of help at some point.
