This company is 100% the worst insurance company out there you cannot convince me otherwise. First off, the wait times for calls are INSANE. If you don’t call them bright an early in the morning, you will be left on hold for at minimum 30-45 minutes. It happens every time. Then, I have experienced random increased charges multiple times now where I had to talk to “endorsements” and they take FOREVER to figure out what’s happened. ****** * On April 20, 2026 A First Acceptance policy holder ran through sections of fencing, running over multiple shrubs, also damaging edging,sprinklers,grass and lighting. This insurance company is the worst at resolving claims. They show no concern nor professionalism when it relates to accidents and the stresses that it causes. I don’t understand how you can operate a business that way. I have been waiting for close to a month to have my property damages assessed. They claim to not have made contact with their insured.

First Acceptance Insurance is the worst insurance I had to seal with, they total my 2016 *****accord Sport 102,000 miles and only gave me 12,000 dollars. The only way I found out i had to keep calling to get someone and when i did it was like o well that is what we are offering. Review for First Acceptance Insurance I am extremely disappointed with the way First Acceptance Insurance handled an issue involving an incorrect claim reported under my record. An adjuster identified as ***** ****(“****”) failed to properly investigate and correct an open claim that appears to have been created improperly by company agents simply from asking a question about a vehicle. One of their customers rear ended me at a red light. I filed a claim and an adjuster has never reached out to me. I was told it would be an easy process. I called customer service and got the number of the manager, ****** ****, and I've left multiple voicemails. I have also left voicemails for the adjuster ******** ******. I have emailed their customer service and their existing claims email with no response at all. Please help me! Worst Insurance ever, was hit by one of their clients and have been leaving messages for months. Impossible to get a hold of or speak to a supervisor. After 11 months they are claiming my vehicle was abandoned and are paying half of the claim.

I had one of their clients hit me on December 15. Beginning on December 16 i was able to get the adjuster and he had the personality of a tree. After that, I never heard back. Several days later,I tried contacting the insurance company, Voicemails and emails were never returned. So I got this car insurance on January 13. I canceled January 16 from Georgia until today, January 22nd I find out that there’s a cancellation fee and you get 10% of your money back mind you I didn’t get this when I cancel my policy. I was told later when I had to cancel the policy because I live in Kansas I bought the car in Georgia and both the car in the car insurance allow me to get insurance knowing I will never have license in Georgia now they throw me around like I’m a piece of trash.
