Worse insurance company I ever dealt with website is not worth the ****customer service is good but do not deal with them
I feel like nobody works there other than representative sells the insurance. Terrible place, dodges your phonr calls, nobody answers either calls you back.

The Sucky insurance company I've ever deal with. They only let me 29 days of insurance. I don't remend them
As I read these reviews I really cant help but laugh because this is the same exact thing that they are doing to me. Listen very carefully, they will intentionally drag this out as long as possible to make you desperate and then send you a lowball offer. YOU MUST SUE and take to trial if necessary, only speak to attorneys that are prepared to take this to trial. If they keep getting away with their bad faith tactics they will continue to do it. I have been going through the same thing they tell me my claim is under investigation because my car is a told loss and they are telling me that the driver of the vehicle was not insured and that they can’t get In touch with the insurance but regardless of that u insurance the car the car was not reported stolen so that means u know your daughter was driving your car everyday I get a text telling me to please be aware that the liability investigation on your claim is on going and u might as well call your insurance company b... read more
They put you off for a year and still dont pay you. BEWARE NAD COMPANY
As I look threw these reviews the same thing is happening to me I'm trying to report them to the BBB & they are not registered I been trying to get my claim done for months now I sent them my title now they telling me they don't have it the track number said it's been there since the 7th of this month they was supposed to total my car out and I've heard nothing back from them. They won't call back or try & get to the bottom of your this company is fraudulent don't deal with these ppl folks.
I was invoked in an accident with one of first acceptances drivers back at the beginning of the month still haven’t accepted liability for the accident and when I call my appraiser dawn she doesn’t answer the phone ever or when she does she’s rude and tells me she will call back another time and never actually calls back. I too have been experiencing the same thing same problems with 1st Acceptance insurance you call they transfer you to the same person that never answers the phone which is Nicholas S******** my Claim Adjuster no response no emails back. I called to speak to a supervisor. I never get to speak to a supervisor then the case was transferred over to Brittany M*****.
