Horrible! Wish I could give zero stars! I was rear ended by their insured who actually fled the scene. Luckily, we got the license plate and the police found her that night. First Acceptance Issued a payment to me through a third party payment system. My account has the wrong email address, I cannot claim my check, verification code is sent to email! Additionally my repairs are THREE TIMES more than offered. Have been trying to get ahold of the adjuster for over a week. The claims general number is no help at all, just spent... read more

This is the WORST insurance company I have ever had in my LIFE! Do yourself a favor, save the headache, and do NOT sign with this insurance company. The first time I ever needed to file a claim was for a new windshield as a rock hit mine on the highway and in the state of FL you are entitled to 1 "free", meaning you don't pay the deductible, windshield replacement paid for by your insurance a year. Worse rude company with worse customer service..Carlos is the rudest can't give u straight answers only can tell u the amount u pay each month.raise your premium without notice and says its renewal and fee.can not ho on their web page and see your payments only can make a payment file a claim.fast trying to find another company that truly values their clients and not treated poorly and as a number.on hold now as I type with supervisor 8 minutes still not on line.

My two sons and I were side swiped by another vehicle the other driver gave me her phone number but left the scene before police got there . I call first acceptance to let them know and to give them report number. They called me two days later took my info I didn't hear from them again . I tried calling them to speak with my claims adjuster but I never got a call back. Then I got a check for $350 that was it. In late August, I paid Acceptance for six months of insurance starting on September 11. On September 20, I called to cancel my auto policy with them, and they confirmed it was canceled. I repeatedly asked for email confirmation, but they said they could not send it; however, they assured me the cancellation was submitted for September 20. Fast forward to October 28 - I'd been busy with my move but called to check on the cancellation. Quite Possibly the worst insurance company ever!!! Do not get a policy with them. They are very difficult to work with and do not pick up there phones. I wish I could leave 0 stars. I hope they go out of business because they are so terrible. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!

I wish i could leave 0 stars! The worst insurance in the world my insurance is 1140 monthly!! and I filed a claim for towing reimbursement 5 week ago and still haven’t heard anything back from my adjuster Sarah D****** I have called left voicemail mails and still no response!!!! Someone insured by First Acceptance Insurance hit us, and after months of going back and forth and us showing that he legitimately lied, we were met with a denial of damages. I was ignored for months. On top of it, when Craig S***** first spoke to us, he admitted that the insured was avoiding answering messages, and now it turns out that he has submitted pictures of rear-end damage when I have photos of the rear bump showing no damage.
