In late August, I paid Acceptance for six months of insurance starting on September 11. On September 20, I called to cancel my auto policy with them, and they confirmed it was canceled. I repeatedly asked for email confirmation, but they said they could not send it; however, they assured me the cancellation was submitted for September 20. Quite Possibly the worst insurance company ever!!! Do not get a policy with them. They are very difficult to work with and do not pick up there phones. I wish I could leave 0 stars. I hope they go out of business because they are so terrible. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!

I wish i could leave 0 stars! The worst insurance in the world my insurance is 1140 monthly!! and I filed a claim for towing reimbursement 5 week ago and still haven’t heard anything back from my adjuster Sarah D****** I have called left voicemail mails and still no response!!!! Someone insured by First Acceptance Insurance hit us, and after months of going back and forth and us showing that he legitimately lied, we were met with a denial of damages. I was ignored for months. On top of it, when Craig S***** first spoke to us, he admitted that the insured was avoiding answering messages, and now it turns out that he has submitted pictures of rear-end damage when I have photos of the rear bump showing no damage. I had someone hit who is insured through First Acceptance. The hit me head on in June of this year. I have been completely ignored on my claim. All voicemails go to the same person and there is no opportunity to reach anyone else thru the call system. It is currently SEPTEMBER 26 and still have zero returned correspondence other than a letter stating they are working on it! How can anyone operate a business like this? Just blow people off until they give up? This is pitiful!
Judging by what im reading here in all these reviews im starting to sweat! My truck was hit by one of their policy holders on August 23rd. It was parked and unoccupied. Guy tried to run but he was caught a block away. So far they are refusing to accept liability even though the police report and video from a local shop clearly put their policy holder at fault. I bought a 6 month policy and 4 months into it they send me a bill and threaten to cancel my policy on top of the fact that I received the bill a day after it was due but why are they trying to bill me only 4 months into the policy

I have had this company when it was acceptance insurance I keep getting calls about my insurance when I told the guy I was gonna pay it next week and I'm not late or behind so *** the calls and the harassment is ridiculous. I'm searching for a new company I'm over this
