My insurance is with first acceptance and when I reported the matter to the adjuster on 12.19.24 and they assigned me at fault. I explained to them the person who hit me (t-boned) was never stationary and they were not in the proper lane in the first place. My accident was on 09/09/2024! My car was totaled by a First Acceptance Ins customer. I waited for over two months before they sent anyone out to look at my car. I couldn't reach anyone to tell me the progress, it took the agent from my insurance company to reach out. They finally sent someone to look gave an estimate. My car was rear-ended by another driver, whose insurance company was First Acceptance. What followed has been an absolute nightmare. The repair costs exceeded $6,000, and since our car was accident-free before the crash, we filed a diminished value claim with them. That’s when the trouble began. I got hit in the rear by a First Acceptance insured. I put my car in the shop last Thursday and I found out today from the repair shop that they have found additional damage and have requested a supplemental payment. I knew the original estimate did not include any unseen damage so now I have to wait for that process to complete. I have only had a rental car authorized for two days and my car will not be ready until next week. The people that work there are rude and lazy. You call to speak to someone and just get transferred around multiple times before getting a voice mail. I can't stand this company and the people that work there! I hope I never have to deal with this crap insurance company again.

Horrible! Wish I could give zero stars! I was rear ended by their insured who actually fled the scene. Luckily, we got the license plate and the police found her that night. First Acceptance Issued a payment to me through a third party payment system. My account has the wrong email address, I cannot claim my check, verification code is sent to email! This is the WORST insurance company I have ever had in my LIFE! Do yourself a favor, save the headache, and do NOT sign with this insurance company. The first time I ever needed to file a claim was for a new windshield as a rock hit mine on the highway and in the state of FL you are entitled to 1 "free", meaning you don't pay the deductible, windshield replacement paid for by your insurance a year. My two sons and I were side swiped by another vehicle the other driver gave me her phone number but left the scene before police got there . I call first acceptance to let them know and to give them report number. They called me two days later took my info I didn't hear from them again . I tried calling them to speak with my claims adjuster but I never got a call back. Then I got a check for $350 that was it.
