If I could leave zero stars I would, this is by far the worst company of had the misfortune of dealing with. Their customer service is terrible they will yell at you when you ask simple questions and are overall unprofessional. If you have the misfortune of being hit by one of their insured get a lawyer immediately. 0/5 stars
If i could give it a 0 I would this place is the worst by far. One of there drivers hit me and my kids and grandkids on 10/05/2025 and they are trying to do everything they can not to pay for my car are a rental so I had to get a lawyer
Absolutely the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Hands down. I was rear ended on September 2 by someone insured by Firat Acceptance. I have been given a claim number and an adjuster by the name of ***********who does nothing to fix my vehicle. He said he sent over 8 emails requesting the police report. After one phone call with the police department I had the report and sent it to him. He said that was not proof his insured caused the damage. He asked for pictures, I sent pictures. You better hope you never have to file a claim with first acceptance, you should just go ahead and get a lawyer. Worst company ever to deal with. No communication or anything.
I have been trying to be on automatic payment for my insurance but because of a technical issue on their end the payment wasn’t ever going through leading me to be late charged plus charged 10 extra dollars to have to call in to get a payment through. Everytime I call to make sure my insurance is paid for I am penalized for having to do so when if they had it on automatic payment that actually drew the money when it was needed I wouldn’t have to call in. Out of all of my years I’ve been dealing with these people who takes half of my Social Security disability check each month for insurance I put down $847 only $503 is attached to my payment and $346 insurance a month out of that is half of my check and I still get tickets for no insurance They never pick up car accidents and handle the matter at hand to repay although having full coverage is mandatory at car dealership liability is also very expensive when needed as needed. Do purchase auto insurance from First Acceptance. I needed to rectify my account I waited on hold for 4 hours straight and did not speak to anyone. They overcharged me payment and cancelled my insurance. The Worst Insurance out there.
My daughter couldn't get a decent rate and was forced to use this company. We absolutely HATE them! They have terrible customer service, when it comes to trying to reach someone in their billing department. No one EVER answers the phone, you cannot change anything online, and once you have something established it's so difficult to make any changes.
