Poor communication. I have a keyless access unit go out less than two months after buying the warranty. Their reason for denying my claim…the exact part that went bad is not mentioned specifically in the contract. Really. This is the first warranty I ever had that had to specifically mention what parts they would replace. It’s not a wear and tear issue.
