RecommendedI am both a seller of Freedom warranties and a personal client for my own vehicles. I've read several reviews on this page and I'm disappointed in that everything I see that's negative, most likely began with poor communication from the authorized seller of the warranty to the client. Or just really dumb clients I don't know how to read and expects this to be a bumper to bumper warranty. I have a warranty with Freedom for my 2009 Jeep Wrangler and I could not be more satisfied with the great customer service and helpful people I have worked with whenever I have needed to bring my Jeep in to a shop! We bought our daughter a 2004 VW Beetle Convertible and decided to purchase one of Freedom's warranties. The best money we ever spent. Her starter died on a Saturday, we the bug towed to a nearby repair shop. We had her bug back on the road Monday afternoon. My towing was reimbursed for $50 and after I paid my deductible, I only spent an additional $99 on the repair that was close to $600. Freedom was fast, efficient and friendly. Awesome experience.
