Do your best to get Jason M*****, an Arizona Representative. He worked his tail off to get my refund after the **** *****dealership in ********, Louisiana basically tried to con me on a repair. He was amazing and did everything in his power to get my refund. I highly recommend freedom warranty, if you’re lucky enough to have Jason as your agent, you’re in great hands with him and their company.

Wow! I recently bought a used car from a small dealer that uses this company for their 90 day/3,000 mile warranty. After about 1,000 miles on the vehicle, the timing chain started making noises. The shop I took it to, diagnosed it as timing chain, cam phasers, tensioners etc. The shop also recommended the water pump be replaced with the timing chain since the motor would be torn down and the water pump is internal. Just filed another claim 4 days after filing one for a separate issues and these guys took care of it in just a couple of hours. They really just want your vehicle back on the road and that’s what you would expect out of a warranty company. This warranty is worth every penny.

My car was not starting. I brought it my mechanic, who I have been using for years. I showed him my Freedom Warranty policy. Two hours later my car had a new alternator in it. Problem solved.

Excellent service - excellent company. I followed all requirements of having work inspected prior to being completed. My repair facility worked closely with the inspector and the warranty company. I had no issues or problems whatsoever. The repair was covered in full per my contract. I believe that if you understand your contract and follow the rules you won’t have any problems. I must also say their customer service was excellent. When I called to start the process they were polite and provided all the information I needed.

This is my second claim with Freedom Warranty and they were awesome. Both claims reduced my out of pocket costs dramatically. They communicate well and anytime I had a question I was able to call with no problem nor long hold times.

Great program with excellent benefits. Jason was the rep I worked with for warranties on two different cars. He made the process smooth as can be. He also came to my rescue when the dealership did not understand what to do. Everything was coordinated and corrected with minimal vehicle downtime. We felt so good about the support we received from Jason that when we purchased another vehicle he was the first call we made. Working with Freedom Warranty and Jason is the right choice every time.

Freedom Warranty is a reliable, trustworthy and credible vehicle protection agency. I've used Freedom Warranty for several years and on several vehicles. Freedom Warranty has paid out claims on several thousands of dollars for my several Porsche vehicles. I personally have been blessed to know the Vice President of the Company who took a particular notice to a warranty claim I made on one of my vehicles several years ago. Honestly I was worried at first about having to submit a warranty claim. I have usually had nothing but issues, and pushback. This was the smoothest warranty claim I have ever had to deal with. They mainly worked with my service advisor and everything was approved in a timely manner. Great service thank you guys!
