I work for Lansing Auto Connection and have personally sold almost 110 different service contracts from Freedom Warranty in the past 10 months. I am not only a selling agent, but a customer. I put a 3 year 50k Vital on my daughters car and have had to use it. I am a number one fan of Freedom. Freedom Warranty has been an excellent warranty company to work with. I have been in the automobile industry for years and have found them to be one of the best companies to take care of our customers. My car has had intermittent Bluetooth issues for months. Finally took it to the dealership and they diagnosed it. Your “inspector,” denied the claim because he couldn’t duplicate the issue. Well did I mention it’s intermittent? Also no appeals process or an opportunity to speak to someone about it. Total waste of money.
Basically a scam. They simply won’t cover anything. Just don’t do it.
Place is the biggest scam I’ve ever run into canceling my contract as we speak what a joke of a business!
