I have a warranty with Freedom for my 2009 Jeep Wrangler and I could not be more satisfied with the great customer service and helpful people I have worked with whenever I have needed to bring my Jeep in to a shop! Freedom Warranty has been awesome to deal with. Twice now I have had to call on them with my daughters vehicle. I recently purchased a late model Honda Accord. When I bought the car, I called Freedom Warranty to see if they would allow me to purchase a Freedom Vital plan. They had to give an exception because my car was over 20 years old. Freedom let me buy the warranty. I drove the car home. The next day, I went to drive the car to work and the car just stopped. I purchased a used car with the Freedom Warranty 5 year, 100,000 mile warranty. When my car needed a fair amount of repair work Freedom Warranty was there to help! This a young company with the goal of providing the best service possible. Dealing with the people at Freedom Warranty was always pleasant.
