Bought a used car in April 2022 and purchased the extended warranty for $2610. we decided to cancel it in November 2022 and was only reimbursed 50% of the total price. According to the contract, I should have been reimbursed the prorated cost based on mileage and length of warranty. We should have been reimbursed at a minimum $2200. I contacted Freedom and they told me I needed to discuss with my dealer as it’s their responsibility. We then contacted the dealer who said they only get the check from Freedom and recut a check ... read more
SUCKS!!! Would not recommend to anyone. all this money for a policy and they wanna use some crap as$ aftermarket junk alternator. how they come up with prices for stuff is beyond me. CRAP COMPANY WITH CRAP EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!
Business response:
Your review is very misleading to the public. We do not use junk alternators. Your approval included the cost of a new alternator. You called the office demanding a genuine Mopar/Dodge Ram alternator. Why you would make this demand is confusing as the Repair Facility you chose was not a Dodge/Ram Dealer and they did not use a genuine Mopar/Dodge Ram alternator to repair your vehicle. In fact, they used an aftermarket alternator similar to the alternator we approved for your vehicle. A simple google search of the part number ... read more
Freedom Warranty's extended auto warranty is a joke. The contracts are misleading. Recently purchased the vital coverage warranty. Long story short, vehicle is in the shop for repairs clearly stated that are covered on the contract, and claim has been denied. Due to a service bulletin (not recall) issued by the manufacturer back when the vehicle was much younger they will not fix the issue. Ok, so resent the claim in for another issue that was clearly covered by the warranty denied. An email sent to the dealership by the un... read more

Chris Miller is a joke. And so is this warranty company. He will not respond via email chrismiller122580@gmail.com. They deny any claim and send out their own inspectors, on their own payroll, to deny every and any claim. Very long lengthy legal action is the only way they honor their contract. They are in cahoots with sleezy used car dealerships who sell this shotty warranty and sell it as ‘bumper to bumper’, yet they won’t cover anything !! Tarah Robertson VP of operations is just as rude and offers no assistance. Shocki... read more
Pathetic company, 6k for a warranty and they can't even pay a full claim, you won't get your money's worth period. I canceled my contract and I am still being charged. Calling the credit card company
I used to have a lot of concerns about trading since there are lots of risks involved, so I've made it a point to only work with regulated platform. That's how I discovered Mr arnold clark platform. From what I've gathered by now, this platform seems legit. My experience has been completely positive so far, successful withdrawal, great profits. Terrible operation. The car dealer makes out like it's the best thing tince sliced bread. Of course they do, because they made a thousand dollar profit off the warranty they sold me. PER THE WRITTEN CONTRACT that I signed, it said I must get a proper oil change within 30 days of contract date. So I do. And check engine light is on at this point. Need plugs and coils. Plugs not covered. (Per contract, so I expected that), but coils are. Also found cracked motor mounts. They will do whatever is necessary to deny any clai... read more

Thank you for your review and for providing enough information so that we could locate your claim. Upon review, we noticed that your claim included multiple repairs after 21 days from purchase and traveling only 382 miles. The items listed included engine mounts, transmission mounts, differential mounts, leaking valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, and ignition coils. We sent a third-party inspection company and they concluded that the issues predated the contract. Meaning the failures did not occur within 382 miles. Similar to... read more
Wow where to start? I waited over a week + without my car because they needed to process the claim .... finally sent out an inspector even though I was assured it's routine and they wouldn't need to, just to have him claimer say that the work needed to be done was "pre-existing" prior to contract, due to build up on the oil filter housing gasket and cooler, a $1700 job. Uh OF COURSE THERE'S PRE-EXISTING BUILD UP, THERE'S A FREAKIN' LEAK! I drove the care over 4,000+ miles how can they determine that it is pre -existing whe... read more

Thank you for your review. Let’s start with the facts. The claim was called in on April 14, 2020. At that time, Freedom Warranty immediately requested a repair order. It was not until April 20, 2020, six days later, when we finally received the repair order. In fact, you yourself had to call the repair facility and urge them to send it over. When the repair facility originally opened the claim, they stated that there were oil leaks coming from the transmission pan gasket, transmission side seal cover gasket, oil pan, and oil... read more
