Sent in proof of my oil changes like requested. The ford dealership that has my car also sent them in. Was told they never received them. So I sent them again while on the phone with them. They got them that time but then denied my claim anyways because they were hand written invoices (yellow copies at that) from my local oil change place. Apparently they have to be digital even though in their email to me that stated what I needed to submit never said that. Its not my fault the company uses hand written invoices. "MUST READ PRIOR TO PURCHASING A FREEDOM WARRANTY" I own a used car dealership and sell Freedom Warranties to our customers. When I buy vehicles for our lot, I look for vehicles with no issues, no OBD codes present etc. Front row ready vehicles. We have had two claims recently from our customers that Freedom denied. They denied a claim that a customer had their vehicle and had it inspected by a Volkswagen Dealership since their vehicle was a VW Jetta and they specialize in Volkswagen vehicles. I would give negative stars if I could. Don't ever buy a warranty from this company they're a scam.PAID $1830 5/100k, drove 2/40k, PRORATE $210, wouldn't explain why, HUNG UP and BLOCKED ME

My car has 85,000 miles on it and the transmission went out. My claim was filed a month ago and they keep saying maintenance records have not been received though I've sent them in and the dealership has sent them in seven times now I even posted the records they claim they didn't get on my Google review for proof.! It is next to impossible to get someone on the phone the dealership fixing my car said they've never dealt with a company this bad before. Your claim was opened on November 7th, 2024, three weeks ago. That same day we requested maintenance records. We receive Maintenance Records for 27k miles, 33k miles, 39k miles, 48k miles, 65k miles, 69k miles, and 78k miles. There is a gap in maintenance from 39k miles to 48k miles and from 48k miles to 65k miles. While you have sent over the Maintenance Records multiple times, your records fail to include the maintenance records between 39k miles to 48k miles and between 48k miles to 65k miles. turned a claim in 5 days ago and can't drive the vehicle or the claim will be voided and can't get a response.... if the dealership had not been selling this company's extended warranties I wouldn't have bought this warranty. After doing research about this company they have more bad reviews than good and multiple bbb cases going for poor service/ lack of service and people canceling for refunds... I'm looking at getting a response no later than tomorrow or I'm looking into legal recourse.

We purchased the BEST package for the extended warranty $40 extra a month added onto our TRUCK payment . Bought the truck in February and now it’s June . The motor blew up. We took it to Ford motor company they tore it down. They called the warranty company. The warranty company sent out a adjuster. The adjuster said this vehicle needs a new motor. Ford motor company had a brand new motor ready to go in but freedom warranty said they will not approve a brand new motor to go in our 2019 truck. They have a motor with 75,000 ... read more

Purchased a 2017 Ford F150 in Febuary of 2023 for 29k plus an extanded warranty for another 2800+. I maintain regular maintenance records and took it to the dealership the moment there was anything off. In Feb of 2024 the transmission feels stiff in shifting and the auto start stop starts jerking when being released. I take it in, dealership finds its 4qts low on transmission fluid, granted it's a sealed 10speed transmission, I can't check the transmission fluid.
