So I wish I could give a rating of less than one star because if that was possible, that would be the rating I would give this Warranty company. I've looked at the other ratings and noticed that people who rate low are usually demeaned by this company and treated as if they don't understand the warranty, or like they didn't even read it in the first place. This is your typical third party warranty company. They offer subpar customer service, and they go out of their way to not pay a single dime of repair work. I'll give credit where it's due... they have a great brochure with really bold writing, which is absolutely opposite of what their fine print contract says. I took a 2005 Expedition to two different mechanics. Got this warranty with our car purchase. The car lot called before we bought to make sure we would be covered. We called about a issue the next week. The guy we spoke to said he would make sure it was covered. Take it all the way from Tennessee to Virginia to have it fixed. Get there and then they say they won't fix it.

dont use this warranty, they will try in any way possible, not to pay veryy veryy bad service please dealer ship dont use the warranty , i sold this warranty to a few of my cm, and the first time a cm made a clam they denied.

Trust me when I tell you this and you are more than welcome to message me for details. I've had to file a complaint through the Ohio attorney generals office because this warranty company refused to cover what's specifically in their policy. It's a scam between the car dealer and freedom warranty. So briefly my policy says it covers all lubricated parts, it does not cover seals unless the seal is related to a covered component. I recently bought a 2006 Mitsubishi Gallant and I got the Freedom Drive extended warranty. My car started overheating so I took it to get looked at. It ended up being the water pump and I needed to have it replaced. My warranty covered it and I didn’t have to pay anything but the deductible.
