I had an appointment for a facial and the person was sick. When I called to reschedule. They did not even apology for the inconvenience and would not work with me on multiple days to find a new day and time that would work for both me and them. I guess I will have to start going somewhere else with my family.
Mediocre quality of work over the years we have been loyal to you and absolutely the worst customer service when we needed the help. You canceled my daughter's prom hair appointment last minute and refused to help finding an alternative. I was put on hold when I called to reschedule and then hung up on.

I went in to get a Baliage,and a Hair Cut and did not get a Baliage but they charged me $275 for it. I called and spoke to several people over a 3 week period and they refused to give me a credit. Tiny strips of color in my hair is not a Baliage. I will never go to back. I am so very disappointed in this establishment..

First, the service was terrible. The beautician, Maribel A, didn't listen to my needs or expectations. I even showed her pictures of the style I wanted, but she simply said, "Yes, that's what you'll get," and proceeded with the service. She applied a couple of creams 10 minutes apart and then claimed the service was complete. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she said she would speak to her manager about getting me a refund. I live in NY but occasionally get my hair colored at your salon when visiting family. My past experiences have been good. I have been highlighting/bailage my dirty blonde hair for the past decade and a half. I went to the Bellevue salon recently and tried a new stylist, Nali A. I scheduled my appointment for a base color and foiling, kerastase treatment and hair cut with styling. Upon an early arrival, my stylist was 20 minutes late. She appeared flustered and apologetic stating that " she had another customer who was not please with the outcome of her visit and that she would be "multi- tasking" for a little bit while she fixed the problem ". The first time I went here, I waited almost 45 minutes because they forgot to check me in and then was rushed through my appointments. I wanted a calligraphy cut and they said it's just marketing and a razor cut. It was not good. The second attempt, they attempted to reschedule the day before because the stylist wanted to leave early on Friday. I tried to reschedule and they don't return phone calls or email. At that point, I decided to choose a different salon. Their service is abysmal.

My wife and her mom have been going to Gene Juarez for haircuts for 20 years. They've been happy with the service and have used the same stylist for years. The last time they went, they were charged double for curly hair. That's the end of that business relationship!

A TERRIBLE experience and haircut I made my appointment day of and was a little late due to cutting my toe before I left the house. I called and let them know and they said it was fine. However I was still charged the late fee...they also couldn't find me in their system even though I had just spoken to someone on the phone.
