5 stars for Brandi. I just got my haircut by her for the second time, and it's better than what I hoped for. She listened to what I wanted, but used her skills and expertise to make it flattering to my face. Shes professional, but fun to talk to. I'm looking forward to my next haircut by her! The Redmond Gene Juarez Salon & Spa is a throwback to its former days. I normally visit the Bellevue location, but since I work out in Redmond most of the week, I decided to check out this Redmond location, which was a nice mix up. Addison Tran, and Vanessa are absolutely amazing, some of the best haircuts I've ever had, Haircuts can be stressful especially if you've had bad experiences. Addison does everything to ensure your happy and comfortable,they took time to explain how to archive the same results outside of the salon! I will continue to only come here for my hair, stellar job! Jasmine at the front desk was also a delight amazing customer service!

I will say Gene Juarez reached out right away and wanted to make things right. I had started a. We job so life has been a little crazy since this review. I booked another appointment and things went splendidly. I appreciate that they reached out and made things right and I received a manicure on the house. Had my classic pedicure done with Tina and she did an fabulous job. She is very kind, and provides excellent service. Before coming to Gene Juarez I went to common nail salons, and had a bad nail infection after one visit. Because of hygiene reasons I decided to go to a better salon and found Gene Juarez in Redmond. I´m glad I did, and could not imagine going anywhere else again. This place is always clean, and I like that you can park in front of the salon without any problems.

This is a pre-COVID review for the Redmond location. I have always had a great haircut with Michael. I have straight Indian hair. It means if the cut is off, it's extremely visible. He is patient, and does a great bob. I've received many compliments. I'm about to book an appt again. I have seen some not so good reviews with pics of people with (color) Indian hair. Given we have so many Indians here in Redmond it would be good to read some positive reviews for those who had good colorists. (I haven't had the courage to have a... read more
