I have been coming to this location for over a year. The staff here is great, and while I have received excellent service from a few of the massage therapists I would be remiss if I didn't call out Brooklyn - she is perhaps the best therapist I have had the pleasure of receiving treatment from. Very professional and I have yet to come across and injury that she has not been able to help with - I am a frequent traveler and she has helped after many long haul flights and skiing mishaps. Thank you!

Review for Sophia ! I don't have a before picture of my hair but here is the after- I've been trying to get it to be "blonde" (not gold not yellow not orange) forever. I was booked for a 60 minute massage with Brooklyn. And the massage by far exceeded my expectations. She was very friendly and welcoming. She extremely professional in her approach to the massage asking all the right questions and figuring out my needs. By the end of the massage I was fully relaxed and my sore muscles were happy. I will definitely be coming back in the near future.

I recently saw Corey at the Gene Juarez Redmond location. Corey has an amazing way with her customers. She is disciplined in her approach and really takes the time to listen and ask questions to understand what her customers want. She is also fun to talk to and very personable. I will definitely see her again for my next haircut!

Mixed review here. I had the spa membership and mostly got facials and once got a massage. Massage- For the massage I had Serenity. She understood I like it deep tissue and it went really well. After I got to use the steam shower which I had no idea existed because it never had been offered to me before (and was never offered to me after- maybe it's only for people who get massages?). First time to a Gene Juarez salon and spa, I have to say, I've been to many of salons during my years of travel and Ericka provided me with one of the best facial services. She made sure I was taken care of and continuously checked on my well being. Will return, also purchasing a spa membership at next appointment for continuous facials, enjoyed the foot soak as well, nice treat before facial.

Incredible staff and overall customer experience. I appreciate the hospitality when I have a GJ appointment. Appointments are easy to make over the phone. I -Only- Recommend a Senior stylist or colorist, though.

Extremely friendly front desk. Always ready to help. I have seen Jacky and Jasmine. Both are very helpful. If you are not happy with your hairdo, they never hesitate to fix it. Highly recommend this place.
